It had been two weeks since Easton's re-proposal. Several thoughts ran through Vee's head as she thought about it, not that she was willing to give him another chance; she had her mantra...

Or in this case, The One. But she couldn't help thinking of why he had a sudden change of heart. Someone that cheated on her without any remorse, even went as far as rubbing Riley in her face, and now he wanted her back?

The thing that baffled Vienna the most were the calls and text she received from Easton. He really was not giving up. He texted and called every single day and she had ignored them. She was at the verge of blocking his number.

She decided not to give him any more thoughts. Her problem now was Camy. She had met up with Camy a number of times after work, even during her lunch breaks, all so she could tell her about Theo. But she couldn't bring herself to say it. The way Camy couldn't stop talking about the guy made Vee wonder what Theo had fed her.

Every day they met, Camy would talk about the new things Theo had done for her and how their night got spicer each passing day. Now they were moving in together! Camy was helplessly inlove with him and Vee couldn't bring herself to break her friend's heart. She also had the feeling that Camy wouldn't believe her words about Theo, and she was afraid that their friendship would end after that. So Vee kept quiet, not a word to Camy and also not to Phina who wasn't that great at keeping secrets.

Vee stared at her mirror as she applied her lipgloss and a little blush. She and Leon were going for Camy and Theo's housewarming party that Camy had basically forced them to come too. The only reason Vee had accepted was because Leon accepted to go, she normally disliked housewarmings.

She stood up and walked to her full-length mirror.

"God I'm so hot" she mumbled.

She was putting on a white button-up short-sleeved short dress and her long black boots to compliment. Her black hair was packed in a ponytail and she congratulated herself that even while looking simple, she was still smoking hot.

Leon opened the door and groaned, seeing Vee still at the mirror. "Must you take the whole day just to dress up?"

"I'm already done." She picked up her purse and walked to him. "Couldn't you have knocked atleast? What if I was naked again?"

Leon stared down at Vienna, totally ignoring her question. "What are you wearing?" He asked taking in the length of her dress. And her boots didn't help as the dress now looked shorter than it were supposed to.

Vee also ignored him and walked out. "Why do you always have a problem with me wearing a skirt or a dress?"

"Because that guy is going to be there. Are you trying to seduce him now?"

Vee halted and turned to Leon, "Why would you even ask me that?"

"Why haven't you told Camy about his advances?"

"Because!" Vee let out an exasperated sigh.

Leon looked at her, waiting for her response but she just huffed and walked away.

"Because of what?" Leon whined as he followed her.

They got to the car and Vee leaned on the passenger door. "Because Camy would never believe me." She answered, somewhat sad.

"Well have you tried?"

"Open the freaking car Leon and stop pestering me"

They entered into the car and drove in silence. Vee was used to it, they drove like this almost every day when she went to work so she didn't bother bringing up a conversation.

"So have you thought about Easton?" Leon asked.

Vee couldn't get why Leon was suddenly interested in her love life. Since the day Easton came to ask her to take him back, he had been pestering her to do so. Even that very night, he had told her that Easton seemed remorseful and needed a second chance.

'And here you thought things could work out between you two. It's clearly obvious that Leon wants nothing romantic to do with you' her subconscious had said.

"We are not talking about Easton. Why are you suddenly supporting him?"

"Easton wants you back Anna. Riley had dumped him for some guy and now he's realized his mistake."

Vee choked back a laugh. Easton got dumped? The almighty Easton West? She couldn't help the smile that crept on her face. But it slowly faded when she realized that it might have been because of Leon that Riley dumped Easton. Vienna knew Riley that well to know that she would stoop so low to drop her relationship once she found another eye candy.

Leon and Vienna finally arrived at the ten storey that was supposed to be Camy's new apartment. To say it was huge would be an understatement and Camy's apartment was at the very top floor.

The elevator dinged indicating that they had gotten to their destination and Vee couldn't help but marvel at the sight she beheld.

This was a penthouse! All were white, the furniture, the walls, the carpet and the elegant stairs. No less to expect from Camy Rodriguez, Vienna smiled at herself. She knew this could only be the work of Camy's father and she started to wonder if he knew that Camy was sharing this place with a man. There were glass figurines on the center table and with many people around, Vee couldn't help but imagine if one broke.

"Vee!" Camy screamed drawing Vee's attention from her very massive penthouse.

"You told me this was an apartment Cams" Vee gushed out.

"Padré wanted the best" Camy said, like it was just a cone of ice cream he got her.

"Does he know you're sharing this place with Theo?" Vee couldn't help but ask. She knew how much trouble Camy would get in if her father found out she was sharing the apartment with a guy.

"Let's forget about that now. Besides Theo's paying rent too" Then she dragged Vee to another side of the house after telling Leon to enjoy himself to the fullest.

Camy introduced Vienna to some of her neighbors who were surprisingly polite. They didn't have that snobbish character most rich people had and Vee was happy with their warm greetings.

"Where's Phina?" Vee asked when they were away from the neighbors.

"Oooh that reminds me" Camy said bringing out her phone.

"What are you doing?"

"Calling Phina"

"She wasn't planning to come?"

"No. But once I tell her that Leon's here, she'll come rushing." Camy grinned.

Vee scoffed. There was no way Phina would come for a party she wasn't interested in just because of Leon.

"Hey Cams. How's your party going?" Phina asked from the other end of the line. Camy had put the phone on speaker so Vee could hear everything.

"It's good. Vee's here."

"Hi Vee!" Phina greeted and Vee greeted hi back.

"Want to come now?"

" I'm sorry you guys. I have-"

"Leon's here too!" Camy cut in and looked at Vee, her eyes saying 'just watch and see'.

But there was no response. The line was totally silent that Camy had to check if Phina ended the call.

"Phina?" Vee called when they heard a loud thump.

"I'll be right there!" Phina called. Her voice sounded far off so Vee guessed she was probably in her closet.

Camy ended the call with a laugh and dragged Vienna around the house.

Leon on the other hand wasn't having so much fun as he intended to. He wasn't interested in any of the ladies at the party and they were occasionally looking over at him and giggling. He just stood at a corner sipping his glass of wine and the ladies had one by one come to start a conversation with him. They ended up being disappointed when he didn't answer them or just smiled without saying a word.

A new lady had joined the group that were ogling Leon and after speaking with them for a few seconds, she strutted towards him.

"Hey handsome" the lady greeted.

Leon looked up from his glass at her. She wasn't even cowering in fear like the other ladies before her. She looked bold and confident as she smiled up at him when their eyes met.

Leon smirked as he accessed her. Finally someone had gotten his attention tonight. She was putting on a short red dress that exposed her thighs. It had an opening at the chest that exposed her nice cleavage. She had a nice tanned skin and short blonde hair. She looked to be Vee's height or taller and even with the stilettos she was wearing, she didn't even reach a bit to Leon's towering 6'4 height.

Leon couldn't but smile as he accessed her tanned laps in the short dress. The lights around made them look even shinier. Every woman looked good in a short dress, Leon concluded.

Everyone of them but Vienna.

His jaw clenched as he remembered what Vee was wearing. He bit the inner of his mouth as he thought about the number of guys that would be after her at the moment. And that Theo guy was also in this house.

Stubborn Anna for daring to disobey his orders.

He made to move but the lady infront of him already had her hands running all over his chest.

"Hi I'm Delphine" she said seductively as she looked up at him.
