1 PROLOGUE

"It's a girl!", an ecstatic high-pitched voice chimed.

Opening her eyes, she thought she would see her friends and family. Well, sort of, her family. Instead of the hospital light, she was greeted with a mellow glare of light. Not too bright to blind her, just enough for her to take in her surroundings. Now, Aria Collins wasn't your typical religious person. In fact, she always believed everything happened with reason and had more or less positive or negative consequences. In her eyes, she saw the world she had lived in like a steady clock. Precise and limited. She knew death was the inevitable. What she did not expect was a slight problem.

"What should we name the lil' lass?", a gruff voice rumbled in her ears. At this point, one would panic and try to wriggle their way out of this. You see, Aria, was curious; enough to make her wonder instead of feel the terror of unknown. If it weren't for them asking her name, she would've assumed it was a kidnapping. As she opened her mouth, only gibberish was heard. And that was it.

It was enough to shit her pants. She couldn't see a thing. She didn't recognize the voices. And worst of all, a horrid smell intruded her nostrils.

"Her first doodoo!"
