Moon 4

'A demon hunter. He's a demon hunter.' Miya stared at him. He definitely doesn't look the part. She imagined a demon hunter being more crazed looking yet one stands before her and has an easy smile across his face.

"Why? You imagine a demon hunter looking more... crazy?" Alucard stiffled a chuckle as Miya's face turned red again. He isn't really bothered with what she assumes. Most creatures he met are surprised at his choice of hunt.

"Yes. I have met a demon hunter when I was a child, he looked and acted a little... odd." Miya shares.

Alucard nodded at her. Most demon hunters are like that. It's very difficult to spot demons so most of the time demon hunters are alert and flinches with every change of environment because a demon is quite a hard catch. Normal creatures will most likely think they're a little weird.

"Not all demon hunters are the same. Truth be told, I've only seen one demon ever since I became a demon hunter. I couldn't even kill it." Alucard raged in silence.

Miya clicked her tongue.

"So what is it that you really need, demon hunter? I find it hard to believe that you just came here to comfort Fortune and save someone like me." Miya raised her brow. Call her rude but in reality, nobody dared to help their Kingdom. Their prosperity turned into a mess of blood and war. Their people died of hunger and thirst rather than fighting. Almost half of their race are already gone. Miya dreaded what the future holds for them so as far as now, she is trying her best to prevent any further... damage.

"A sword. I need a sword." Alucard stated simply. Miya's ears perked up at that.

"You already have one. And besides there are plenty of blacksmith in in this area, why go to us?"

"My sword is as good as junk." Miya jumps in shock when Alucard pulled out his sword and slammed it in the slab of rock she was laying on. The sword broke immediately.

'The sword might be really bad or this demon hunter is just really strong.' Miya thought.

"I want a sword blessed by your kind. I've read somewhere that when an elf healer blesses a sword, the user regenerates health as the user fights the battle. Making the user practically immortal." Alucard looked at Miya directly as if challenger her to see if he was lying.

Miya cleared her throat.

"Very well but what do we get in return? Blessing a sword is as valueble as your life."

Alucard stood up straight and put his fist down in his heart signifying a gesture. A gesture that Miya was all to familiar with. The gesture of promise, dedication and loyalty.

"I will help you find your lost King."
