A Tale of the Elements

Zane was an orphan boy found at a very young age by his parents. Ever since then, all he wanted was to repay the kindness given to him by his parents. This causes him to apply to the Academy of Fire and begin the long path to becoming a mage. During his studies, he enters a strong rivalry with a noble boy by the name of Marcian, but after an incident involving Zane being able to cast dead and forbidden magic he is sent out into the world, with Marcian as a companion, to learn the secrets of his power. His journey causes him to make new friends, forge long lasting bonds, learn of the divides between the Element Kingdoms, fight powerful enemies, and uncover ancient and lost secrets about the world.
