POV Makoto Shinji

["RED team is leading with 200 pints, but the WHITE team is right on their heels with 180 points! With this the individual events are over. We will continue the team competitions after the lunch break."]

The commentator's voice blasted out of the speakers announcing a break.

Me and Akari were sitting next to each other after her race, watching the long jump event that eneded just now in the shade of a tent when I heard a voice call out my name.

"Hey Makoto. How are you doing?"

"Oh. Hi Seiji."

Following behind him was somebody I really didn't want to see. My body stiffened up as I greeted that person as well, "Hi Kanade."

I could almost feel lasers shooting out of her eyes when she looked at me.

What is Seiji doing leading this person here? Doesn't he remember what happened that day? It happened right in front of him.
