~Flash Back~

ANGELINA'S POV

100 years ago later,

A one soul evening, I was in transylvania having problems with Vampires & Werewolves, I was in a lake that time taking a bath and it is not so deep, but it can only reach at my chest, the place give me some quiet privacy it gives me time to think, to relax myself as the water flows around my body.

It was silent like the night but I heard a scream of a girl. Damn it! I left my sling bag & my demon's tooth at the inn not far from the lake about 2 miles away, it gives me some clues if it is a Vampire or a Werewolf, but I only bought my Fox dagger that has my family's crest, I got out of the water completely nude, running towards at my clothes. Despite of this! I think the inn keeper may have taken my armour clothes & left me a night clothes, I don't care what I wear but the important thing is~ I can save that girls life

if I can still reach her, I thought

Running & following the screams of the girl & moving so stealthily & calculated steps, I don't care if I'm barefoot and my feet bleed but that doesn't stop me from saving the girl. I moved past trees avoid tripping, or even hitting myself at a low branch, & avoid the sticks littering around so I might not break something that will surely made a sound.

This night clothes didn't make me feel comfortable at all but it's like suffocating me, like hell.

I finally saw the girl who kept on screaming that she is down on the ground with a night clothes but almost transparent not like mine, and a silver werewolf was on top of her like it is ready to devour the girl in whole piece, but the girl pushed the wolf hardly & it can't get any bite of her.

So I ran & kicked the werewolf on the face then it fell face first on the ground with a great thud, I grabbed the girl putting her behind me protecting her using my body as a shield, then I ran at the wolf when it tries to stand back & stabbed my dagger at the shoulder.

It growls loudly like a wounded pup making my ears go bleed and it sobbed uncontrollable, so I called the girl to run as fast as she could but she hesitates with tears falling on her eyes like she was shocked of what she saw and witnessed, fear is clear on her face.

"Run, miss! as fast as you can, save yourself!" I yelled to the girl

The girl was snapped out of trance and decided to run but when she was already few steps away from us another werewolf grabbed the girl, so I hit the werewolf in its head then ran toward the girl but someone or something tackled me to the ground.

I watched at the werewolf who howled at the moon for thanks? What could it possibly be thanking of? I felt the wolf on top of me shift making me freeze because of what I felt at my middle back, its like poking right at me making me suck a huge amount of breathe never have I been too close to a man—werewolf man before, not like in a position like this.

I saw the other werewolf shift on top of the girl and carried her till they were out of my sight, hadn't the other wolf notice us? Or it is just pretending to never saw us?

"Let me go, wolf" I hissed

"And why would I do that?" a deep manly husky voice said

"Because I'm gonna kill you if you don't move" I heard him scoff but does what I say

I pushed myself up and looked at the kid? I thought it was a man but when I watched the wolf infront of me clearly, it is an alpha! My eyes widened I've never encountered an alpha before but sure I may have heard some of them, but this one infront of me is new. I think it is born in wolf form, a kind that is stronger than alphas almost reached its limited power from a lycan. They are more in wolf than human.

"What's your name pup?" I asked the young alpha slightly teasing it

"I'm not a pup!" He said childishly and pout making him look cute

Well, I heard wolves are known for being short tempered

"Well your acting like a child" I pointed it out

Then he crossed his arms and look away, he huff and put his hands at his lap still nude infront of me, luckily I have a coat around me and I think the inn keeper bought this also so I could not catch cold but since I'm immortal I don't catch cold. I slowly took my coat off making the pup snapped his head back to look at me & his eyes widened when he saw me wore a mid-thigh silk nightgown.

"Why are you taking your clothes off?" He asked demandingly but I didn't answer so he tried to ask again, but I threw the coat right at his face so his mouth shut and glared at me and I smiled at him innocently.

"I'm Angelina Fox, what's your name?" I asked him after I introduced myself to him

"I'm Wilston de Wolfé"

I nearly forgot it was mating season that time in every October any kinds of monsters are in mating. I walk back into the inn with my clothes already tattered, & the inn keeper saw my current state and quickly averted his eyes away from me then called his wife to help me, they helped me put my armor on and ask for forgiveness in them when they didn't let me know they cleaned my armor, but I was grateful when they cleaned it and they don't need to ask for forgiveness. I walked out of the inn and saw Wilston grinning wolffish so I rolled my eyes then walked towards him.

"Let's go?" Wilston asked and holding out his hand

"Lead the way" I said and holds his hands from where we made a blood compact
