Totally got hooked in this story after reading the first chapter. The story has its own unique quality that,can't be compared from other stories and i love the way it showed how it is hard to love someone after a heartbreak.

The story is catchy and the art work is beautiful. Over all the book is pleasing to read. Wish I would update more often but I completly understand.

I was really looking forward to this story but I’m dropping it. The FL is one of the weakest FL I’ve read in a story in a while. She’s so weak and cowardly! she turns into a scared little mouse everytime her ex is in the picture and I can’t stand it. The ML is there to save her everytime and at this point why is she even the main character? There was so much hope I had for this book but I can’t stand it anymore. And the fact that this is the second time I’m giving it a chance after dropping it the first time. There’ll be no third chance for me with this book! 😞

The plot was undoubtedly amazing. But there were too many climax though they were handled well; and a little bit draggy. Otherwise the comic was smooth and got me hooked up.

Interesting story, solid characters. The end is a bit long and far reach for the curse part. Personally I didn't like it, and the trauma part is almost dismissed instead of being used for character growth and it's partially resolve only. But loved it in general.

ye xingling is a complicated lead and I love it. this story is very much her wrestling with the trauma of her past life and learning to move forward to become a new person with a new outlook and actual freedom for the first time in her existence. li lei, as the male lead is adorable, but he isn't without his own character growth, learning the difference between love and possession and that sometimes protecting someone includes protecting them from himself. interesting enough, pei zeheng, the assumed villain of this comic, also seems to have some sort of character growth, but since the comic is marked complete, we don't get to see if he's made real progress and change, or if he's just hoping to posses xia ling 2.0. It's been great reading this comic and I really hope it returns gor season 2. in the mean time, I'll return to the novel, which I dropped a fee years ago 😅

It's never easy to find Mr. Right. Sometimes you go through a Mr. Wrong to get there. It doesn't help when you have so many going against you. In the end, you have to be true to yourself. Our girl has had to take a few hard knocks to figure out the direction she wants her life to go. All the best in the next season!
