A Special Kind of Pokemon

An enthusiastic martial artist and bodybuilder dies. Then he wakes up: As a special kind of Machop. He soon finds out that things are different and his foreknowledge isn't all that useful anymore. Though he isn't fazed by this and simply gets on with his life, weight-lifting and practicing martial arts just like any other Machop. (Heads up, the MC will have a trainer who he travels with. He's a Pokemon after all, and they can't just enter cities without a trainer. Though it will be a Pikachu and Ash kind of scenario where the MC won't enter a Pokeball no matter what.)
