16 A Hospital

A girl was walking down a street and then she made a turn to the left. After the turn she saw a gigantic bright hospital right in front of her. She looked at it for a second and then she walked into the hospital.

When she was inside she went over to the register and said, "I am here for a visit?"

The woman at the register nodded and the girl then walked into one of the halls and then took the stairs up to the fifth floor. She then went over to room 504 and opened the door. Inside was a boy laying on a hospital bed while many machines were plugged into him.

She then took a chair and sat beside him. And soon a voice was heard from behind her, "You do know that he wont wake up. He is gone already Lucy."

"My brother can't be gone yet Mike." She said with a calm expression. Then she continued, "After all, he promised me that he would be back soon."

"But that was just a dream!" He shouted which made Lucy sigh.

"It was a dream. But it felt so... real. He is going to be back soon. I just know it." She said and stared deeply at the handsome face in front of her.

6 hours later.

A woman at around 40 years old walked into the room and smiled. When she saw Lucy she said, "Hello sweetheart. How are you doing? And it seems you came to visit him again?"

The girl didn't say anything or turn around to look at her.

"Come on. Why don't you answer me just once? It isn't like it will take a lot of energy. So come on. Tell me why you are here?" The woman said with a slight smile.

Then Lucy said, "I came to see him because he told me to wait. He said he would be back soon after all. So I will wait as long as it takes." Then the room was silent again.

The woman sighed after a little while of silence and then she said, "Fine. You can stay for now Lucy. But only because you two were so close." Then the woman walked out the door.

After the woman had gone out the door Lucy said, "Do not worry. I know you will soon return... Kalum."
