2 Chapter 1, The Start of a Love Story

"*yaaaaawn. Morning," I said as I walked into the small living room of the two bedroom apartment. My sisters were watching T.V. Probably some kind of craft stuff on YouTube. I went to the power outlet and grabbed my LG Stylo 2 Plus off the deformed charger.

"Why are you getting on your phone this early?" said my 10 year old sister, Ramona.

"Well, why are you on the playstation three even earlier?" I replied smart *ss-y.

"Hmph."

"Temmy still asleep?" Temmy was our 7 year old half-sister.

"No durr, poopy-head," Ramona joked. She liked joking like that. She always calls me names, and in return I jokingly punch her arm or pinch her trap muscle.

"Wow, how rude."

I turn on my phone and scroll to the far left. and tapped on the file marked "Adn's Games" and tapped on Lineage 2: Revolution. I did a couple quests and leveled up. A few quests later I got that weird-yet-satisfying noise signifying a notification. I scrolled from the top of the screen and found out it was a notification from Wattpad. I kind of thought it was going to be from Walking Dead No Man's Land.

It was about a message from aaliswalker. I finished the quest and tapped on the notification leading me to Wattpad, straight to my inbox.

"Hey adn."

"Good morning, walker-san."

"U never gave me feedback on my book."

"Hmm... I guess, the wording is wrong in a few places, spelling and capitalization are, eh, but the story is good."

"Hmm... Ok. thx. im busy so i cant edit it now, but i probably will eventually."

"Hey, um... could u credit me or recommend me to some people or something?"

"sure. actually i already did in the upcoming chapter of reborn. but its time for me to go to bed almost over here."

"but its only... " before I finished the message I looked at the clock. It was already 2! I deleted the messages and decided to write "kk, goodnight senpai."

"Goodnight. you are kawaii to the extreme!"

"(~_~) I give up."

"on what?"

"you calling me cute"

"why?"

"I cant stop u from calling me that. and... i kinda *mumbles like it"

"what?! you admit to being cute!!!!"

"well, dont rub it in my face!"

"lol! well, i have to go to bed."

"goodnight senpai!"

"goodnight kawaii potato."

"the f*ck?"

"Aiden! Come here!" my mom yelled. I went to my room where she was. The closet. "What made you think that it was okay to put your clothes behind the drawer?" I didn't answer. "No reason? You are grounded. No electronics the rest of tonight or tomorrow."

"Sorry, Mom, but this time I'm gonna have to rebel," I thought. "Aaliswalker is the only person I can talk to."

When she left the room, I grabbed my phone and "Marked" and started acting like I was reading. Mom didn't want me reading in my room so she had me read in my closet. Perfect.

"Hey Adn," was what aaliswalker chatted first.

"Hello senpai. I'm grounded so don't be surprised if I leave w/o telling u. I'm doing this in secret."

"Ok. I would give you my fone number but..."

"Yea, I get it. It might be ok in like a few years but not until we know more about each other. it'd be like a kind of exercise."

"An exercise hmm? My name is Alyce and I'm 16 and I live in the U.K."

"Hmm. I get it. My name is Aiden, I'm twelve, and I live in Arizona."

"Well, goodnight kawaii potato!"

"Goodnight senpai. The f*ck is a kawaii potato?"

"You!"

I turned off the phone and grabbed "Marked."

"It was time I took matters into my own hands (after all, they were well manicured)." This book was fuuuuuunny. After a few more pages, I looked at the page number, 27, and closed my eyes.

"*sigh. You're my favorite person, senpai," I thought aloud.

I woke up at 2:00 in the afternoon. Since there was nothing I needed to do and it was Saturday, I just got on my phone. I missed a few messages from aalisw- I mean, Alyce. I was only half awake so I didn't really understand it, but I was pretty sure that she was trying to tell me something about a trust exercise.

"Hey, Aiden! I had an idea! We could do small things like we did last night every day. Kinda like a trust exercise, like u said!"

Huh? What was she talking about? Oh. Last night, when we told each other stuff. Hmm. That's interestimg. Maybe we could. What would be today's exercise?

"What is today's exercise, senpai?"

"Peeves."

"Hmm. That's a good idea. I don't like-

As I was typing my mom came in the room.

"Gimme," she said. She wanted my phone. D*mmit! "I'm not stupid. I know you were on your phone."

D*mmit. D*mmit, d*mmit, d*mmit. It's gonna be a while till I get my phone back.
