3 Arc 1 - Being dumped in another world hurts... A lot.

Just one thing left to do before starting my adventure!

Choosing a body.

But first I have another question for the God of Humanity.

"Mr. Andros, as for the body I will choose: how old would that body be? The same one in which they died or...?" That information is vital. If the age is the same as when they died... Margot died at 96, I'm not going from being a young man in my twenties to an old woman, so the old witch is out. Asari is a very good choice, a powerful and handsome man, but, like Margot, Asari died of old age.

Losing both the mighty witch and the powerful firebender...

Which leaves us with two children and a grown man as options. Both Fiona and Rhaenys died before they were even ten years old, Rhaenys at three years old and Fiona was between 4 and 9 years old. The only eligible adult is Riku. While going from 22 to 35 is annoying, it's preferable to practically being a baby again.

"Age is something you can choose, of course with some conditions. You can choose your new body to be between 0 years old and the age at which they died."

That's great! Margot and Asari are back on the race!

Now to study the pros and cons of each option.

The first option should be Rhaenys. Since Andros will transport me only a year after the death of the `original Rhaenys` I could take her place, which would give me the strongest claim to the Iron Throne. But there are many cons, on one hand her age. She is three years old thus very young. Too young. On the other hand, Rhaenys doesn't have any powers. Of course her lineage is very powerful on Planetos, descended from the dragons of Valyria and the Mother Goddess Rhoyne. But that bloodline doesn't give me any active power, sure Rhaenys has a lot of potential but I don't have the necessary information to be able to risk it. I don't know what powers she could develop.

The main pro of Rhaenys is the Iron Throne and dragons. Taking that route is very risky. So no.

The next option to rule out is Margot. While the magic of Potterverse is OP, I will inherit her magic and abilities, not her knowledge. And knowledge is vital to this magic, knowledge and a wand. The wand is the other reason I'm not going to choose Margot. As I've said before, wizards in Potterverse are useless without their wands.

If I chose Margot I would have to spend years studying and training my magic, maybe even decades.

Which leaves us with three options: Riku, Asari, and Fiona.

Fiona has some of the most powerful magic in the multiverse, I've seen what Maidens can do and knowing that THAT power is a fraction of the power of a mage from Remnant... And Fiona is the daughter of the most powerful mages in that world. Her potential is off the charts. Not to mention the power of Aura.

And the same goes for Riku, the Senjus are incredibly powerful. Of course, not everyone has the same potential as Tobirama or Tsunade, but Riku survived 35 years in the bloodiest era of Narutoverse, which says a lot about his potential. I know he was an active fighter during the wars, so Riku must have reached Jonin level at least, maybe even S rank.

Asari on the other hand, is powerful but his strength doesn't compare to Fiona and Riku's potential. Firebending is powerful but RWBYverse's elemental magic far outclasses it in every aspect, same goes for the Narutoverse's ninjutsu.

So there are only two viable options, both with immense potential. No matter which one I choose, with any of them I will be at the top of the food chain.

...

...

...

It is a difficult decision.

...

...

...

"Mr Andros." I look at the god with determination in my eyes.

"Yes?"

"I have made my decision. The world I am going to choose is A song of ice and fire. As for the body: Riku Senju, age 12 years old."

The god drops his book, which vanishes with flecks of light moments after leaving his hands, and clasps his hands together. A mighty rumble sounds.

"-!"

Before I can say anything I feel as if an immense force is grabbing me and pulling me in all

directions. I feel like I am being torn apart! Every fiber of my being is in sheer agony.

"-!"

I can hardly think-

"!!!!!"

Suddenly the pain goes away and I feel like I'm falling. I can't open my eyes, I can't even move an inch.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH"

I hear someone screaming at the top of their lungs. And I feel a hard and somewhat wet surface under me- Wait!

I can feel the surface of something! It is hard ground with a bit of grass. And my body- I have a body!

The scream disappears as I open my eyes. It was me who was screaming, that information disappears in the background of my consciousness as I look at the sky. Blue sky with some fluffy white clouds, the sun shines with a beautiful intensity. I raised a hand to shield my eyes from the intensity of the sun. And I see my hand. The tanned skin, some small scars and hard calluses from a shinobi's hard training.

I raise my other hand, run my other hand over each callus, feeling its hardness. The skin on the knuckles is tougher than expected, but also soft. These are the hands of a warrior. Of a soldier. An assassin.

I got up from the ground and examined the rest of my body. I wear a simple green shirt and brown pants, and my footwear consists of brown leather boots. I take off my shirt and examine my arms and torso.

Muscles.

This body doesn't have an ounce of fat, it's all muscle and bone.

Despite being only 12 years old, I can already see the beginnings of a six pack.

I flex my arms and I can feel their strength. I put my shirt back on and surveyed my surroundings. I am on a plain, around me there is only dirt and grass, in one direction I see the beginnings of a forest in the distance. Calculating distance is not a skill I possess but it seems at least 20 kilometers, most likely more.

After checking that there is no imminent threat it's time to do what any good otaku would do!

Chakra baby!

Chakra is the energy that any being in the Narutoverse has. It is a combination of the physical energy present in each cell of a living being combined with the spiritual energy coming from the soul of the being. Once both energies are combined, and channeled through the circulatory system of the chakra, which is like the circulatory system of the blood but with chakra, a ninja can do incredible things: walk on water, breathe fire, create illusions... Of course, to use ninjutsu or genjutsu you need a lot of training and experience, things that I don't have.

My intention is not to create a rasengan or a thousand clones, at least not yet.

What I am trying to achieve is much simpler, and much more possible: to feel my chakra.

Although it will take me a lot of training to be able to use genjutsu or ninjutsu, there are things that even a rookie like me can do: use chakra to increase my physical power.

That is the most basic skill that any ninja has to master. How do you think shinobi can move faster than you can blink? Or lift hundreds of kilos with ease?

Of course jutsus are the best known way to use chakra but increased strength, speed... is the ABC of any shinobi.

Chakra strengthens the human body in an amazing way, both actively and passively. Shinobis like Rock Lee, Might Guy are perfect examples of passive strengthening, while Tsunade and Sakura are perfect examples of active strengthening.

Passive strengthening does not require one to constantly be channeling their chakra. One just needs to focus on training their body and chakra little by little will restructure their muscles making them denser, more powerful. While active strengthening is more of a technique, it requires concentration and active channeling of the chakra.

Both types of fortifications are widely used in the shinobi world. Tsunade took an ordinary skill and using her genius turned it into an S rank technique!

I do not aspire to destroy mountains with one punch in the near future. Near future are the keywords. I know how Tsunade's technique works, and it may take me years but I'm going to learn it!

Dattebayo!

In each fictional series, the lotus posture is the preferred one to meditate, I have never meditated in my life so I will copy what I have seen in series and movies.

Lotus pose and take a deep breath.

Free my mind

Don't think about anything, just feel.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

After a deceptively short time I feel an energy running through my body. It constantly moves and is present in every part of my being, from my fingers to my eyes.

It feels like a sip of coffee after a rough morning, like a glass of ice water on a summer afternoon. It is warm yet cool, energizing yet calming.

It is almost impossible to describe. It's- It's everything! It is home away from home. I could feel that energy running through my being for hours, it's addictive.

I try to move my chakra with my will. I tried to slowly increase its flow, redirecting more and less to different parts of my body.

After getting a little more familiar with my chakra I open my eyes.

The sun is much lower. Night is coming. And I have no food or water or weapons at my disposal.

Good thing I've been a diehard Bear Grylls fan since I was a kid, it's time to put into practice some of the knowledge I've gained from over a decade of watching survival shows!
