36 Sam's Past

'Yourrr first kiss, when did itttt happen?' Shirley slurred.

'College (hiccup) first (hiccup) year… (Hiccup) it was ewwww.' Sam said with disgust dripping from her tone in between her hiccups.

'Hahaha'

It was past midnight and both of them were tipsy. They had watched some of the movies that Sam brought and binge ate to their heart's content. They were comfortable with each other Shirley did not ask about the previous debacle and Sam did not initiate the conversation. During the whole time, they had fun, talking about random things.

But that does not mean it was All OKAY.

Sooner or later they had to address the elephant in the room. So Shirley suggested twenty questions game. It was a win-win solution. It would help them to know each other in a better way and Shirley can also ask about the 'what happened last night' question that was bugging her to no end.
