99 Meeting with the Family

Drake stood there like a statue with a big grin on his face. And Shirley, she was also smiling the whole way up to her flat. It turned out to be a great night. And that was the first of many.

The next few days passed away happily. Drake and Shirley texted, called even video called each other. During one of that video calls, Shirley disclosed that she met her grandpa. She told him the back story and how she felt about it. Drake listened patiently although at some points he was boiling inside at how her father was treated, his face showed no outrage, understanding only.

Shirley has also talked with Sam. The very same evening after waking up she has driven to her friend's house and told her everything. Sam helped her and gave a new perspective on some matters. Because when she has woken up a part of her was so angry at her grandpa that she has decided to never go back despite her promise.
