SO BROKEN

ERIC'S POV:

the next thing that I read made me shock and rethink everything that happened,I go back and reread the sentence

Ryan's most trustworthy person who is with him for not so long but knows most of his secret"Darren Landon" 

I was shocked and wasn't able to think more,my past the past that I was wishing to forget and is now again standing In Front of me ,I starts to re everything how he betrayed me and how I found Lara cheating on me 

Memories starts to flesh Infront me making me angry 

ERIC: This can't be….(I mumbled and tried to go through more information about Daren but there is no more information about him,I cursed under my breath) Fuck…(I got up angrily and suddenly my leg hit the table and the glass fall to the ground and shattered on the floor , making Maya wakes up too,she scaredly and hurriedly got up and looks at me with Worrieness) I'm sorry…(I said and went outside the room)

I went towards the garden and starts to take deep breaths when I heard someone's footsteps behind me and I know it's Maya 

ERIC: Let me be alone for a while (I said coldly but she didn't move an inch ,and I angrily turned around to shout at her but she hold my hand and look up at me)

MAYA: What happened?

ERIC: Nothing…(I said looking away,the warmth from her hand was making me relax) Just go please…(I said trying to stay away from her but she made her grip tight on my hand and made me sat in the grass)

Cold grass gives shivers to both of us but my anger and mixed up feelings were still there inside me, aching my heart , losing my mind as I looked at her 

ERIC: He..is back again..in my life ..(Maya looks really confused with what I just said)

MAYA: Who ?(she said while rubbing her hands with mine as they were getting cold).

ERIC:Do you know someone named as Daren (she thinks for a bit but I continued)He is Ryan's most trustworthy person (she freezes at her spot)

MAYA:R..Ry…Ryan..(she sutters and j nodded)how..you are related to him..(I took a deep breath)

ERIC:Mia…(I sat Infront of her holding her both hands I don't know what I'm doing but I wanna share the pain with her)He..was my buddy.. childhood buddy..he.. betrayed me..(she looks at me with glistened eyes as my voice was cracked I'm still not ready to share this with anyone)He is back in the firm of yours enemy (I tried to change the topic and remove my hands from her but suddenly she spokes)

MAYA:He.. stole and took away your everything right…(she said while looking down at the grass)

ERIC: I was in search of him..for so long but I wasn't able to find him (I sigh) I'm so (I again took a breath) Mia..I want to get revenge our revenge…he took away my everything and his friend…(I stopped) I was running away from my past but now it's coming In Front of me …again.. trying to break me more …I'm not that strong Mia…(she looks at me with questionable look) my mom left me and my dad in the critical situation when we both need her the most …she …,(I took a deep breath) cheated on dad…and ran away leaving me and dad behind and at that time…when I was broken and was need of some companion I…I.. found Daren…and we became friends more..than friends (I closed my eyes ,I have promised myself not to waste my tears over useless people)after some time his parents died in a car accident leaving everything behind dad took care of their business too and establish some best companies and when he get into his legal age he handed over him all the properties that belongs to him and we did business.. together..we were like brothers ..and…one..day…I was about to sign..one of my biggest project..but I got sick..he came to my house and told me to sign on the contract as I was stupid…I signed those papers without reading them and with that fucking sign my life starts to get worst and worst (I stopped for a while because my mind is refreshing my memory of mom leaving us for some jerk and then Lara did the same with me ,I wasn't able to look at Maya anymore,how can I be so broken,how can be a man so broken)
