24 13 Years 3

Thus Paul told the Denali vampires that he could eat human food, and apologized for hiding it from them, just like Irina. The Denali vampires were happy for him, but they did not envy him because they felt disgusted with human food.

Unlike the Cullens, who enjoyed seeing Bella eat, and Esme, who felt like cooking for Bella, the Denali vampires asked Paul not to eat at their house and to continue eating only at his apartment.

Of course, if it was something like a snack or something, Paul could take it to his room and eat, but Tanya asked that Paul not cook anything with a very strong smell, so Paul continued to eat only at his apartment and at the university.

Irina had gone to Paul's apartment to pay him a visit, and also to ask him to make some more clothes for her. Paul was very talented at making clothes and easily got bored since he didn't sleep, so he created most of the clothes that Irina wore.

The biggest problem with this was that as a woman, Irina changed clothes often, even if she didn't get dirty like humans, so Irina still had to buy clothes because Paul couldn't sew fast enough.

Paul really didn't understand how Carlisle managed to remain a billionaire with three women in his family. Even though vampires didn't eat, the money that Alice, Rosalie, and Esme used for clothes per year could feed a normal family for 100 years.

Paul also continued to invest the money he had in company stocks after learning some things at the university. He finally discovered how Carlisle had so much money even though he always changed identities because he was a vampire.

When you had a lot of money, it was easy to create hundreds of front companies to avoid paying a lot of taxes. Many millionaires who invested in stocks had millions of dollars invested in various different companies that were not officially in their name.

Thus, Paul, who knew the future, could also make a lot of money by investing in stocks as Alice did for the Cullens. Additionally, Paul found some trustworthy lawyers, just like Jasper did.

Even if in the future Paul had to change his identity and switch identities, his lawyers would transfer his stocks to his new identity if he needed to sell them. In the future, with cryptocurrency, it would be even easier for Paul to hide his money.

At the time when cryptocurrencies appeared, Paul believed that he could have even more money than Carlisle, after all, investing 1 billion in cryptocurrencies and seeing the money increase a thousand times would make Paul the richest man in the world.

Soon time passed again, and Paul graduated from the three courses he had started. Paul was in 1998 and finished the last of the three courses, which was the Law course. He had completed the other courses in previous years.

Paul started the medicine and history courses in 1998. He was curious about the medicine course and wanted to be able to give Carlisle some information about medical advancements when he moved in with the Cullens.

The history course was a necessity for Paul since this world was very similar to Paul's previous world, but because of the presence of vampires, some historical facts were different from Paul's memories of his previous life.

After finishing the Law course, Paul started the mathematics course. Paul had no other ideas besides this course. Maybe in the future, when Paul was with the Cullens, he could take other courses like psychology, but it would be after the main story ended.

Paul had switched universities to take these new courses, and after finishing the Law course, he wouldn't go back to the old university. Paul had already spent 13 years at that university and was attracting a lot of attention.

Even with a fake identity, Paul should be 31 years old by now, and it was hard to imagine someone who was 31 but still looked so young. Even the mask didn't help hide it, especially after Paul had taken three courses at once at the university.

The other university was a bit further away. Paul just rented another apartment in another city and came back to the Denali coven's house less often. The relationship between Paul and Irina also began to change.

Paul was thinking more and more about Alice after he met her, and after he talked to Irina and said he would move in with the Cullens, Irina suggested she would break up with him when Paul left.

With Paul moving further away most of the time, the relationship with Irina had almost ended. Paul decided not to say anything until he was close to finishing his courses, so the relationship between them would already be weakened and Irina would not care much.

Paul also had to stop making new clothes for Irina and the other vampires of the Denali coven. The medical course required him to study a lot, and Paul already wanted to start distancing himself from the Denali vampires so he wouldn't miss them later.

After all, Paul knew he would be with the Cullens for at least 10 years when he went to Forks. He knew that if Renesmee really was born, which was normal, the Cullens would not leave Forks for several years.

In addition, when Paul returned to the Denali coven's house, he had to spend time training with his Katanas, doing blacksmith training, and hunting for food. After all, human food didn't nourish him, and Paul still had to drink animal blood to get nutrients.

Paul had already started making sharp weapons. He made a Katana that was embarrassing just to look at, it wasn't sharp and the blade looked like a saw before he tried to fix it. Paul realized that he would need a lot of training to be a good blacksmith.

The biggest problem wasn't making the blade. With a mold, the blade would come out easily, but Paul found it very difficult to use the hammer to control its force. He knew that if he didn't learn from his mistakes, he would never be a great blacksmith like his master.

Of course, if Paul did it the way he saw in videos on the internet, he could make a Katana with a few years of practice, but the way his master taught him was a mix of traditional and fewer tools.

In addition, Paul couldn't buy several industrial tools to put in Tanya's house, so creating a workshop like in the videos was impossible. That's why Paul preferred to do it the traditional way.
