It took you 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, 10 seconds to forget me

But it took forever just to stop thinking about you

The thought broke me in seconds

Seconds to minutes to hours to days to weeks to a month to NOW

We shared a bond that I thought no one could break but

You promised me forever while you stomped on the trail of our broken promises.
