A Reflection of Red

The town of Moonbright resides next to a large, open forest. Since the beginning of fall young women have been mysteriously going missing from it, but the sixth one comes back, but not in one piece. The Duke of the town has tried to stop the attacks but has failed to no avail. Aiyana and Lark, two young residents of the town are put to the test of trying to stop and figure out the disappearances and murder of the women. Is it a beast of the forest, or a man or women among them?   ..."But what exactly is it?" A deep yet mellifluous voice spoke loud and stern. Aiyana turned around as she gripped the railing of the fence, she witnessed the crowd all go silent and begin to part like the earth. A tall, dark haired man with a cloak of fur strolled down the path, two men in armor followed three steps behind him. It was the Duke himself, Konstantine Volkav. His presence was suffocating, even his name reeked power, he continued to walk all the way to the fence line.
