19 The Attack

I feel empty, it's so dark, why am I so weak. I thought as I felt myself come back to consciousness. Then I heard someone talking.

"Kakashi sensei you should go home and rest for a while you've been here for the past two days so help me and go home and rest." Sakura said annoyed. "Alright, alright Sakura I'll leave but who will stay around here the final rounds of the chunin exam are about to start and I know that you will go to see your daughter fight." Kakashi said cleverly.

"So any of you going to leave or are you both planning to stay." I heard another voice which I didn't hear before. I sweat dropped. And they were suppose to be adults. I thought. I snapped my eyes open and saw that Sakura was getting ready to punch Kakashi. Shuffled to sit up Sakura and Kakashi were surprised to see me awake. "Kimui stop moving you are not fully healed yet." Sakura said as she tried to make me lie down again. "I'm fine it happens a lot." I said casually and sat up.

"Sakura you should get to Sarada's match, I'll talk to her." Kakashi said and Sakura left after mummering something about like father like daughter. "How are you feeling." Kakashi asked after Sakura left. "I'm fine, how long was I out." I asked. "Three days." Kakashi said. There was an awkward silence and none of us said anything to break it. "Kimui I want you to stop using your keke genkai." Kakashi said breaking the silence. "What? Why." I ask slightly shocked.

"As long as you have the sharingan you can't use it completely. One reason is that you don't have control over either of your dojutsu. And the second reason is when you use your keke genkai while the Biju is sealed inside you, your chakra is in a game of tug of war to stop the sharingan from activating which results in internal injuries and chakra depletion." Kakashi explained. I was going to respond when suddenly there was the sound of an explosion from not so far away.

"Stay here and don't go out." Kakashi said and jumped out of the window. "As if I'll ever." I said to myself quickly ripped the wires connected to my body and went to change into my ninja clothes. I ran as fast as my legs would take me to the place where the chunin exams were held. People are still inside what was that sound then. I thought as I ran inside to see boruto and lord seventh at the center on the arena.

There was huge explosion and three people showed up on the arena, I was already on the top of the seats so I noticed that those three people looked alike someone from one of the scrolls I read when I was at the mist. Something like the Ōtsutsuki clan who wielded charka for the first time. People started running and I lost sight of them. I jumped of the seats to get to the front, but to my surprise I was moving too fast so I tried to touch my necklace but it wasn't there. I cursed and took my necklace out of my pouch and put it on as I came to a stop but I failed and hit someone hard and fell to the ground.

"Kimui it that you this is such a drag." Shikadai said getting up. "C'mon we have to get out of here." He said offering me his hand. I slapped it away and got up heading for the front of the arena. Then one of the people that attacked us showed up in front of me and Shikadai. Oh this is just great. I thought sarcastically. "So what do we have here a Nara and a Hatake, your keke genkai will come in handy. The person said.

"This is such a drag but guess we have to defeat him together." Shikadai said to me. "Well that's not going to happen." I said and Shikadai turned to me dumbfounded. I activated my Mangekyou sharingan and blood started to sweep out of my eyes uncontrollably. "Kamui." Said as everything turned into a swirl and both me and Shikadai were outside the arena. "Kimui what was- "Kamui". I said cutting him off and going back into the arena.

I saw that person again and he was aiming his weapon at Kakashi, I had a sudden urge to save him. I swiftly jumped right behind Kakashi blocking his attack. At least I thought I did. He started to take the hook he threw out of me and I felt my chakra draining. Then Kakashi cut of the line while it was inside me and I stumbled back and almost fell. Two of the kages took care of the person and Kakashi took me out of the place. "Are you okay I told you to wait at the hospital." Kakashi said in a worried voice. "Like that'll ever happen, I'm fine you don't have to worry." I said and I saw Kakashi's emotion change like he was about to get mad and throw me away but he didn't. "Thanks Dad for everything you've done for me." I said after a while and I saw him smile under his mask.

~Time skip to after boruto wakes up~

"Kimui, thank you for helping me out, Medical ninjutsu is not something many of us have so if you want to learn to the level I did come to me I would love to be your sensei." Sakura said after healing Hinata and seeing me heal a couple of villagers. "Okay I'll take it into consideration." I said with a smile and Sakura smiled back.
