7 A dancer from Y/N's nightmare - Chapter 7

"Finally, I'm here" Y/N thought while entering the university into a silent hallway.

"Hm, not many people are around, I wonder where they all at" Y/N thought and looked around. She walked upstairs to the 2nd floor for her locker with no rush.

While walking, she took her phone out to check the time. The time showed 8:47am. "My lesson will start at half 9...guess I have some spare time" Y/N thought again and put her phone back in her pocket.

Soon she reached her locker, and then gently unlocked it. She carefully took her 2 art books out, and then shut the locker. "I hope I got everything I need..." she carefully doubled checked the books that she was holding on her hands then locked the locker and leaned against it. She took a deep breath and slightly shut her eyes. "This ring won't get out of my head...as if it could change my life..." Y/N thought deeply about the ring's every angle and beauty, while looking down to the floor.

Ever since that nightmare she had about the ring, Y/N couldn't get it out of her mind, as if the ring was her destiny. At first she thought it was a prank by someone since she wasn't the kind of person who believed in supernatural nor magic, however ever since she met the black silhouette with a ring before in the hallway, her mind was almost covered with this mysterious ring.

"C'mon Y/N, you sure overthinking sometimes" she thought, and left the locker 4 feet apart, "I think I'll go to the library, maybe I could find a useful book in there for my design work" Y/N took a deep breath and calmly headed for the library.

The hallway stayed empty and quiet, only a few students walked by. Suddenly she heard a music coming from one of the classes. The music sounded like a hip hop and peace at the same time, which caught Y/N's attention due to how unique it sounded. The music was starting from a calm melody of violin, and after about 40 seconds it turned into a electronical hip hop sound, and soon back to violin quick and emotional sound, as if the music was representing the peace at the beginning, and then the trouble after, which has ruined the peace and attempted to ruin the calm and slow violin into a fast and a stressful music instrument. However, at the same time it sounded like it was representing the 60's style changing into a modern style, which was a hip hop, and how it affected the violin from peaceful into an energic but still emotional style.

Since Y/N was an artistic and creative girl, she understood the melody as if it was telling her in the language that only she could understand it deeply. "Hm, sounds like there's a music classroom not far away from me" Y/N thought, "I wonder from which room exactly its coming from." Y/N followed the melody, and soon reached the classroom.

The door had a small window in a rectangle shape, from which Y/N looked at. She saw students, following the teacher's orders and dancing as if they were not humans. Their dance moves were so flexible and smooth, that even Y/N stayed by the door a little longer, watching the beautiful performance from the talented dancers. They looked like angels jumping on the clouds beautifully, and then turning into machine mode as soon as the music was coming closer to hip hop. Y/N loved the view, "I wish I could dance like them" she thought.

Soon Y/N was about to leave, until, one dancer caught her attention. She couldn't recognize the person at first, but shortly she couldn't believe her eyes. "This can't be..." Y/N murmured and looked at the student more carefully. Turns out that student was the guy from her nightmare, the one in where she was lost in the woods.

The dancer had a quite bright aesthetic street style. The dancer wore an oversized cloudy t-shirt with a colourful artistic paint print in it and a smaller bright blue shirt with longer sleeves under it. The dancer also had oversized and ripped shorts that were long till his knees and denim sneakers with the same print as his oversized shirt, with white socks showing off from the top of his shoes. The dancer had a dark orangey brown hair.

Besides his look, he also seemed like he was happy to be a dancer and had a smile that was bright as sunshine. The dancer looked exactly like the guy from Y/N's nightmare at the morning, who was known as Hoseok, but with a different style. By the way he looked like from Y/N's sight, this version of Hoseok seemed more of a happy person, compared to the one from her dream, that seemed more of an intelligent gentleman that soon turned into a mentally crazy creature.

"Is this some kind of joke?" Y/N thought and got nervous. She wanted to believe that this all was just a coincidence and her nightmare didn't mean anything, however something was telling her that this guy could be involved with this "ring prank". Y/N continued looking at the window, observing "Hoseok" to make sure this was the same guy from her dream. There wasn't a single bit that didn't make him look like the stranger from Y/N's nightmare, except for the clothes. Suddenly she noticed him talking to his teacher and was about to leave the classroom.

Y/N quickly backed away from the door, and immediately went to hide on the closest corner. Her heart was beating fast and her breath was going speedily and rapidly, yet she managed to stay quiet in there, like a ghost.

Shortly, the dancer left the classroom, and leaned against the wall as if he felt a relief after leaving the room. He looked at the window towards him, until he heard a notification sound from his phone in his left pocket. He took it out and looked like he was reading someone's message. Y/N stayed still and watched Hoseok in the same position. Soon he put his phone back in his pocket and went to somewhere further away from the classroom. "I feel like I should follow him..." she thought and sneakily started to follow him by hiding in different corners from left to right.

Hoseok walked speedily and seriously, as if it was an emergency. While walking he looked around to see if anyone was following him. He luckily didn't see Y/N anywhere, so he continued going to his destination.

The dancer walked so fast, that even Y/N couldn't catch him without making any noise, therefore soon, she lost him. "Shit!" She thought and looked around to make sure Hoseok wasn't anywhere near. She swept her hair back and sighed. "I wonder where he was heading to in the rush..." she thought, while tightly holding her books on her chest.

The hallway was empty again, no music or footsteps were heard. Y/N decided to continue walking to the direction where she believes Hoseok went, yet he was nowhere to be found. Y/N suddenly felt nervous, "Maybe I shouldn't go there...what if it's a trap?" she thought and stopped walking. She looked at the front, while nervously and tightly holding her 2 books. "Were you following me?" A sudden voice came from behind Y/N. She immediately turned around, and spotted...Hoseok, leaning against some lockers with crossed arms, watching her deeply but with a serious face.
