Chapter Six

The day in school passed by Mira's lunch shared by those new friends or bullies of her in school.

Asan family is only an average family, thus they couldn't afford the tution fee yet, but Mira is a very smart girl, and Mrs.Asan is also educated quite well,she helped Mira to learn her books and such.

The day of their exam came nearer and after that the results also came out after a month.

Mira got good grades,thus her roll number also went up.

She also made many friends, but her closest friends were two,Lisa and Noelle.

Lisa was her childhood friend,after she got admitted to school,Lisa also got admitted a but a class lower than Mira, in KG-II.

Noelle on the other hand was from the start of KG-I.They made friends through when Mira helped her on her education problem.

Mira's school life became normal after making these two friends,but from time to time some kids will mock Mira for her chubby appearance.

After two years.

Mira is now at STD-III, her roll number is also went up to six and now everyone knew she's very good at studies. Her reading is the most eye catching, even teachers got surprised and praise Mira after she reads any books clearly and fluently. Many students can't read books like that, they'll always stop between words and can't translate the next without spelling the words, but the pronoucetion will always be average.

But for Mira, she noticed it herself, when she's reading, she always looks at the next words without looking at the words she was going to pronounce at that time,thus when she reads she can catch up how to next words pronounced and don't stop this untill she doesn't know a word.

This STD-III class suddenly got two new transfer students, the two were all girls. One's name is Purba and the other Clara.

At first, Purba is very docile, but as time passed she started to bully the weak, whoever is against it, she'll fight that person.She's also very good at studies and her roll number never drops from two to four. Thus nobody wanted to mess with her.

She then found her best target to bully with her new friend Clara as well.

One day, they asked Mira to sit with them in the same bench. Mira happily sat with them, cause she thought it is a good thing that they maybe wanted to be friends with her,but little did she know the supposed to be friends will be her downfall one day...

"Mira, come sit with us," Clara said to Mira while sitting a little further on long bench seat to give space to Mira.

"Me? okay..." Mira happily sat with them on the same sit.

She sat between Clara and Purba.

When nobody's looking at them, Clara slipped a pen into Mira's school bag.Then after some time, Purba started acting as she's trying to find something.

Looking at this, Mira asked," what happened Purba? what are you searching? tell me I'll try to find it."

Purba looked at Mira,then said that she can't find her precious pen in a sad tone.She also described it's her favourite pen that her father gifted it to her in her birthday and she lost it.

Seeing the sorrowful expression on Purba's face, Mira started to tell her other friends about Purba's situation and they also started to help in searching.

After searching all the classroom,they couldn't find it anywhere.That's when Clara suggested, they should search in everyone's school bag, maybe someone intentionally stole it and they aren't giving it back.

Purba, Clara and Mira started to search in every student's bag.

In this time,the head school teacher came into the class, " Students what are you doing? why's the commotion."

He's very strict when teaching his students and dislike it when they're undisciplined.

"Sir we can't find a precious pen of Purba, that's why we are searching every student's bag." said Clara while looking at Mira at the corner of her eye.

She's the one who stole Purba's pen without telling her and hid it in Mira's bag. She knows how Purba is, if Purba finds someone good, she'll be always their very loyal friend,but if someone got on Purba's bad side, they'll always be on her blacklist and will never get rid of her endless bullying.

Clara's roll number is always one step under Mira,thus she hated it that someone fatty like Mira is better than her.She wanted to teach Mira a lesson.

"Pen, did you found it?" the teacher asked touching his chin.

"No, sir we didn't found it, we are still searching." Mira said while looking at the teacher.

"Whoever stole it, quickly return, or if I found out, I'll make you stand outside the class untill school ends." the head teacher hates it when these little students theft, that's why he is willing to give those future thieves a lesson to never do this type of things ever again..

Everybody was silent in the classroom after hearing this.

"Looks like we need to search everyone's bag then." the head teacher said and proceeded to select two students randomly who's bag had already been checked to start with the searching process.

The two students searched the boys section and now they'll proceed to the girls section.

After searching everyone's bag, it's now the three girl, Purba, Clara and Mira's turn to be searched.They handed their bags to the two students.The two searched Purba and Clara's bag simultaneously.

Now they're going to search Mira's bag, Mira stood their relaxed.Because she knew,she didn't even seen the pen that Purba carried with her.

The two students,while searching found a long pen inside Mira's books,they took it out.When they did, Purba latched out and took the pen instantly from their hand.

"This...this is my pen..", then Purba turned around and looked at Mira and shouted, "...Does this mean, you had this pen in your bag all along?"

Mira stood their petrified with shock written all over her face. ⊙▃⊙

She doesn't know, how this pen,that she didn't even saw in her life came out from her bag.. She didn't even remember taking this pen from anyone.

On the side, Clara is smiling while holding her mouth like she was also shocked by the incident...
