Anna was lying on her bed and staring into space when the soft knocks on her door brought her back to reality.

"Anna, it's me." She finally heard the voice of the person at the door and frowned. 

'He's back?' she thought to herself. The next minute, she moved the duvet to the side and got out of bed before making her to the door.

"What do you want?" she asked, placing her ears on the door instead of opening it.

Roy let out a soft sigh seeing that she wasn't going to open the door for him. "I heard what happened from the servants and I'm here to apologize."

Anna thought for a moment before saying, "Go on." Roy was left astonished by that response. Didn't he just apologize? Was that not enough?

Roy stuffed his palms inside his pants pockets and backed the door. His lips moved several times but no words could come out.
