21 (Battle 3/3) Aftermath

The Battle of Cranberra, as those from PHO has dubbed it, was one of the greatest 'clusterf*ck' in the history of Endbringer battles.

And in the middle of it all was the cape known as Bookmaker.

She, who have single-handedly fought Eidolon to a standstill.

She, who have revealed an outrageous claim to the world: The Endbringers were being controlled.

She, whose action resulted in the appearance of the fourth Endbringer Khonsu.

She, who now have Simurgh as subordinate as seen a couple of day later in New York.

It was a couple of day after the last Endbringer battle, and many have captured a picture of Bookmaker shopping. What was unbelievable was the golden haired individual beside her.

For twelve pure white wings were sprouting from her back, and a smaller pair of wing sprouting above her ears.

And that figure was wearing a maid uniform, carrying all the stuff that Bookmaker bought.

When the local Protectorate arrived at the scene, the two were long gone.

PRT Chief Director Rebecca Costa-Brown, or Alexandria was pinching the bridge of her nose.

The latest Endbringer battle was the one with Highest parahuman casualty, with almost a third of all parahumans who participated died.

Her only consolation was most of them were independents or villains.

"Chief, the other PRT Directors are now on the line." Her secretary informed her.

"Very well, lock the doors when you go out." She straightened her suit.

"Affirmative." Her secretary said as she walked out of the room.

Rebecca pressed a button under her desk, closing the shutters on the windows and the steel bars on the doors.

"The contents of this meeting is highly classified. Please open the folders in front of you."

Inside the white folders was an after action report of the latest Endbringer battle.

At 0400 hours at the 24th of February 2011, Dragon has detected movements from Simurgh in orbit.

At 0500, the Endbringer Alerts was sounded.

At 0600, Simurgh drifted above Cranberra where she descended.

At 0900, all the Parahumans who volunteered for the Endbringer battle arrived.

At 0950, ten minutes before engagement, Bookmaker and Raven(1) appeared and joined the gathered parahumans.

At 1000, the battle began. [See attached battle report]

At 1132, the Simurgh released her scream. Countless eyewitness reports that Bookmaker walked towards the Endbringer, unaffected by the scream.

At 1133, Bookmaker was seen talking to the Simurgh

At 1134, a chess piece was absorbed into the Endbringer's body. After which, the Simurgh shrunk into human sized.

At 1135, the present Parahumans resumed attack.

At 1136, Bookmaker engaged Eidolon.

At 1140, Bookmaker called down a meteor the sized of a city block.

At 1142, the Fourth Endbringer Khonsu appeared.

At 1143, Bookmaker, Raven, and Simurgh teleported away. Khonsu began engaging the parahumans.

At 1200, Khonsu vanished in an explosion. Thinkers report that it is a form of teleportation that displaces space, hence the explosion.

(1) Raven is a newly seen parahuman. She had shown the ability to summon and control ravens and crows. She can combine these constructs to form a variety of shapes. Her wings are such an example. In the Battle of Cranberra, she has shown that she can merge these constructs to form a larger construct. Thinkers hypothesizes that there is no limit in the number of constructs she can summon and control.

Due to the actions of Bookmaker, she is now labelled as an S-class threat with a Kill-on-Sight order. Do not engage in combat without a complete team. Take note that the parahuman Raven and the Endbringer Simurgh are under her command. The probability of engaging the two once Bookmaker is attack is high.
