37 What am I going to do with you?
An Yu Yong was solely focused on the semi-awakened An Bing Qing and he didn't see the weird light that passed through Xue Zi Hui's eyes.
Then, not long before he had a good grasp of An Bing Qing, he swiftly took away Xue Zi Hui's purple robe trimmed with silver and threw it at Xue Zi Hui's head.
Xue Zi Hui, who was still rooted in place, finally reacted when half of his devilish face was covered by his purple robes. His uncovered purple eye could only see how An Yu Yong took out another robe, one that was purple with yellow, and covered An Bing Qing with it.
He was getting a belly of anger but his rising killing intent struggled when he looked at the exact same face of that little girl. When he was aware of the problem, he was speechless, 'Wait, why that is even an issue?!'
Still, after being weirded out by himself for a moment, he didn't do anything and much less now as An Yu Yong had gone to take a seat near a lush green tree in the backyard.
He stared at them with frosty eyes and suppressed fury but his lightly pressed lips pointed out his inner turmoil.
He took the purple robe from his head and looked at it for a split second; there was a lingering female's fragrance coming from it.
Then, out of nowhere a wisp of a purple flame lit from one of the fingertips that were holding the robe. It extended through the fabric without igniting it; and in an instant, it was turned to white dust that floated away, carried by the night breeze.
He turned around and flapped his long sleeves before blending into the darkness.
An Yu Yong didn't even spare Xue Zi Hui a glance after he recovered An Bing Qing back. Though he knew the white-haired young man was powerful and dangerous, he didn't feel any threat coming from him; therefore, he simply ignored him and waited for the night to grow deeper before entering the inn and going upstairs.
It was past midnight now and An Yu Yong carried on his back a sleeping An Bing Qing before walking towards the inn's back door.
There weren't people near the back door but there was only a caracole that led to the upper floors. Hence, some people spotted both of them.
The sparse younglings were curiously looking towards the person that was completely covered by a purple robe but they weren't able to see anything. The older people just gave a glance before going back to their ways.
An Yu Yong didn't care and he continued to walk with his unique charm.
The Ancient Inn had strict rules regarding causing a commotion inside it and no one dared to break them, the people running this inn could be considered another Ancient Clan without being one; they were like a force within the shadows that only appeared in the important events of the Liu Dynasty. Thus, he wasn't worried about someone suddenly popping out and trying something. But he also knew that people will try to dig more; all the people here were people with status and high standing, if they got something to trample the other later, they couldn't possibly be more than happy.
He reached the stairs and went up and then towards An Bing Qing's room; but he didn't enter it, he didn't have the key of her room after all. He went to a room next to hers; it was a fortune that there were spare rooms to use.
After opening the door and entering the room, he quickly went to the bed and placed An Bing Qing on it. She was immersed in her dreams, mumbling from time to time.
"Sigh, what am I going to do with you?" he sighed with deep concern as he caressed her beautiful countenance.
"Hmgh". An Bing Qing rubbed her face on the beddings as she took a comfortable position.
"Pffh", An Yu Yong couldn't help but laugh at An Bing Qing when he saw saliva coming from her mouth. He cleaned the corner of her pink lips with his sleeve before loosening a bit her broad white sash.
Then, after looking at her sleeping face for a couple of minutes with thoughtful eyes, he went out of the room with a glint in his eyes and a devious smile.
He would have liked to stay more time but he still needed to deal with some small details.
