This night, Leng Yuchen was very cautious at first, but An Qi was too tempting to resist. Initially, he wanted to just have a taste of her, but once he got started, he could not help but savor her, thus satisfying his desire to the fullest extent.

He'd often heard it said that the most comforting thing in the world was food. However, for Leng Yuchen, the comfort An Qi brought him had already far surpassed the enjoyment that food provided him.

This night, Leng Yuchen "tortured" An Qi for quite a while, and when he reached the most crucial moment of climax, he could scarcely breathe. Now that they were reunited again, Leng Yuchen had abandoned everything that he had been or thought before.

Now, he wanted to let An Qi enjoy all of the feelings of love and feel the joy of being pursued anew. After all, as long as An Qi was happy, his world would only become brighter.

"You're awake?" Leng Yuchen asked as he leaned his head on one hand and looked at the sleepy-eyed An Qi.

At that moment, he sincerely hoped that every morning in the future would have him waking up just like this, quietly watching his love, An Qi, wake up from a peaceful and sound sleep. After he watched her with a smile for several moments, he then pretended to have just woken up as well.

As he made a show of rubbing his eyes, he looked at her with an adoring gaze and said, "Good morning!"

"Hmm..." An Qi pouted and had a good stretch, then greeted Leng Yuchen with a satisfied, albeit groggy, murmur.

Compared with her previous cautious self, An Qi did a good job to really remain open to Leng Yuchen this morning. Although she was still blushing, at least she did not hide under the quilt, but looked back at Leng Yuchen's adoring gaze with a smile.

"Have you been up long?" she asked, finally seeming to be truly awake.

"No, we woke up at about the same time," Leng Yuchen fibbed.

He did not want An Qi to feel guilty for having slept so late. Besides, he liked to watch An Qi sleeping so soundly.

During her deep sleep, it was a time whereby she put down her guard. He especially adored watching as her long and thick eyelashes fluttered occasionally, which made her seem even more carefree and lovely.

"Oh," An Qi murmured.

Then, as she took a glance at the clock, she almost jumped straight out of the bed. "Oh my gosh... It's nearly 10 o'clock! Yuchen, you must have gotten up earlier, right? Why didn't you wake me up? I still have to clock in on my time card!" she exclaimed.

Just after An Qi shouted that, she was going to forward to gather her clothes, which were scattered all over the floor. But, as soon as she tried to take a step, she found herself unable to move!

Her left hand seemed to be weighed down by something, and she was stuck in bed, unable to budge an inch! An Qi glanced back, trying to figure out what was going on, and her eyes locked on a super-large "culprit!"

"Ah, this... This must be a dream!" An Qi panicked and cried out in alarm, while removing the diamond ring that was caught on the bed sheet. She kept on muttering this same phrase over and over, causing her to sound like a broken record.

When Leng Yuchen heard what she was saying, the glimmer in his eyes instantly disappeared. "Why are you being so muddle-headed, little thing?" he asked.

"I'm not being muddle-headed. It's… This ring! It is obviously too big. In fact, it is so big that it seemed unbelievable to me when I first saw it sparkling on my hand. It made me think that this was all a dream!" An Qi retorted as she shook the back of her hand at Leng Yuchen so that he could see how eye-catching the ring really was.

"You are exaggerating and being a bit dramatic! It is not as over-the-top as you just described." Leng Yuchen smiled as he looked at the ring on An Qi's hand and secretly wondered... Is it too big?

An Qi scratched her head, then replied adamantly, "It is that big! Overly big! Scarily big! It's so big that I don't even dare to wear it out in public!"

An Qi was clearly stressed about the size of the ring, while she was trying to take the ring off of her hand. However, she had to admit that Leng Yuchen did have an eye for beauty and quality.

Despite the fact that he had not held An Qi's hand many times before, the size of the ring fit her finger perfectly. Once he had placed it on her finger, however hard An Qi tried to remove it, it was firmly secured in position, as if it was fused to her skin and meant to be with her forever and always.

As An Qi looked at Leng Yuchen, who was walking toward her, her eyes were filled with resentment. "An Qi, you're the first woman I've ever seen who took issue with a huge and dazzling diamond! But, since you've already accepted it, you're responsible for it. You can't just take it off casually… Remember that," Leng Yuchen reminded her.

As he was speaking, Leng Yuchen had come before An Qi. His big hand suddenly grasped An Qi's. In his palm, her small fist, which she had been clenching tightly, gradually relaxed.

After a moment of silence, An Qi opened her mouth and spoke timidly, "But Yuchen, I still have to go to work. I am just an ordinary employee at the Leng Group, and if I wear this eye-catching ring every day, it will arouse attention and cause me to be criticized by my colleagues."

"I shall see who dares to criticize you!" Leng Yuchen said as he loosened his grip and looked at An Qi's hand.

On her slender, fair finger, the sparkling diamond ring matched her dazzling temperament. It seemed like a perfect union. After all, An Qi was indeed a treasure, and every detail of her was perfect.

"Hello, President Leng." Taking advantage of the situation, as Leng Yuchen was lost in his thoughts, An Qi quietly reached out and flicked her finger on his head and said, "Well… Since you are one of the higher-ups at the top of Leng Group, you don't need to bother yourself about many things. However, people like me are commoners, who belong to the lowest level. Hence, people will gossip. You wouldn't understand..."

Leng Yuchen rubbed his head as if he had a headache, but he was not annoyed. In fact, he pouted his mouth a little, almost like he was enjoying it. When An Qi looked at him, she felt dizzy immediately.

She knew that who she called "the toddler" was going to rear his silly head again! In fact, compared with the tyrannical Leng Yuchen, An Qi felt that it was more of a headache to face this more childish identity of his.

"I don't care. Since you've taken the ring, you can't take it off without my permission. Oh, and it's the same as after you seduced me into bed... You have to be responsible." Leng Yuchen's tone made An Qi's temple twitch, and she thought to herself… Why does this guy always manage to find my weaknesses?

Just when An Qi was at a loss and felt trapped by Leng Yuchen, An Yufei pushed open the bedroom door with a calm face and coughed gently. Behind her was a bewildered housekeeper.

"Don't the two of you know that there are guests here?" An Yufei frowned as she reminded them.

Her mature adult-like appearance looked exactly the same as Leng Yuchen looked when he was young. So, when the housekeeper saw her pushing the door open, the housekeeper did not speak a word and was completely stunned by her imposing manner as she spoke to her parents.

The housekeeper couldn't help but wonder… At such a young age, how can she already be so shrewd? If she behaves in such a way so young, what will become of her when she grows up into an adult?

An Qi turned her head casually. It appeared as if she was accustomed to such reminders from her bold daughter. After all, when they were in Paris, An Yufei had taken care of every little detail of her mother's life.

The reason why An Qi could not stand the toddler version of Leng Yuchen was because An Yufei had been very sensible since she was young. In fact, she was so mature for her young age, she did not give An Qi a chance to display her maternal instincts at all!

An Yufei rolled her eyes, then said, "Well, Aunt Manman and Uncle Sheng have already had breakfast and are waiting in the living room. But, what are the both of you doing? Surely, the two of you did not put others' feelings into consideration as you chose to stay in the bedroom so late this morning to…"

An Qi rushed to cover An Yufei's mouth. This child was indeed clever, but sometimes she spoke all that was on her mind, no matter what the situation was or who was present! An Qi wondered which of her parents An Yufei took after in this aspect.

Leng Yuchen looked at the two women in front of him with great interest as he squeezed the bridge of his nose bridge helplessly…
