51 How Should You Address Me?

As she looked back at the two people who were walking towards her, An Qi grit her teeth and pulled out her phone. When she saw "Shi Zhiwen" flashing on the screen, she almost dropped the phone.

When she answered it, Shi Zhiwen immediately asked her, "An Qi, where are you? Come back to the company. Something happened to Auntie Sun!"

An Qi frowned as she asked, "What happened to Auntie Sun?"

An Qi was incredibly shocked when Shi Zhiwen's replied, "Auntie Sun was beaten up! She was just admitted to the hospital with a cerebral hemorrhage!"

After hearing this, An Qi dropped her phone on the floor. The loud noise frightened Leng Yuchen, who subconsciously pulled An Yufei to his side, while he rushed towards An Qi's side.

As he embraced An Qi in his arms, he asked her, "What's the matter? What happened?"

Although An Qi was shocked, Leng Yuchen's reaction caught her by surprise. Especially in front of her daughter, she was not yet ready to act so intimately with Leng Yuchen.

"Boss Leng, you need to let go of me first, okay?" An Qi requested.

After a while, when Leng Yuchen gradually calmed down. He then looked down at his daughter and said, "Why? After all, it has already been proven that Yufei is my daughter, so you should go ahead and embrace the identity of being Mrs. Leng!"

Leng Yuchen rubbed An Qi's ear gently as he teased her. An Qi was breathing weakly now. In fact, the reason why she was so anxious to leave was because she had seen the test results sheet in Leng Yuchen's hand! But, because of Auntie Sun's accident, she hadn't been able to escape this confrontation with Leng Yuchen.

"Huh? How should you be addressing me?" Upon hearing her call him "Boss Leng," Leng Yuchen challenged An Qi once again.

An Qi had a feeling that, if she answered this question wrong, Leng Yuchen just might tease and push her further. He might even break through her comfort zone completely and kiss her on the lips!

After all, An Qi still remembered the intensity of that night that they shared...

"Leng... Mr. Leng?" An Qi stammered.

Leng Yuchen closed his eyes. She had answered him incorrectly

"Leng Yuchen?" Her second answer was still wrong.

"Yuchen!" she finally shouted.

Leng Yuchen slowly opened his eyes, as the answer barely qualified.

Seeing that she had found a sufficient way to address him, An Qi then said, "Yuchen, Auntie Sun had an accident. If I remember correctly, you changed the rules yesterday in order to recruit us as full time employees. As her accident happened in the Leng Group's facilities, I'm surprised you didn't receive any news about it!"

An Qi was a kindhearted person. Although she knew that Auntie Sun might be in cahoots with Gu Xiaonan to steal her family's property, An Qi had always seen the good in Auntie Sun and had thus wanted to clarify things before making any snap decisions.

As Leng Yuchen clapped his hands, a few men, all dressed in black and holding silver boxes, came out from behind the door in a flash.

Leng Yuchen then pointed to the boxes and said, "Here is the information on all of the people you've come into contact with since you returned home. If you're interested, I can tell you more about it on the way."

An Qi was dumbfounded. She did not expect for Leng Yuchen to do so much overnight.

"It's getting late. You'd better tell me on the way." An Qi summoned up her courage, seized Leng Yuchen's wrist, then went out without saying anything.

But, Leng Yuchen did not have the intention to leave, and as he glanced over at An Yufei, his daughter understood immediately what he was thinking.

"Mom, you should be polite to dad," An Yufei said.

This child's acceptance is too quick! As An Qi looked at her little traitor, her voice took on a coquettish tone as she asked, "Yuchen, on our way out, can you tell me who Auntie Sun offended?"

Leng Yuchen licked his lips. He did not expect to see this gentle side of An Qi. It made her even more desirable to him, especially her shy awkwardness. It was thousands of times better than those women who were far too loud and outspoken.

They stared at each other for a moment. Suddenly, they seemed to understand each other's thoughts.

At that moment, An Yufei was speechless as she thought... Dad looks smart. Why would he be taken away by mum?

Then, Shi Zhiwen's message alert sounded again. This time, it was the address of the hospital that Auntie Sun was at.

As they drove to the hospital, Leng Yuchen's sports car sped along at lightning speed, which caused the other drivers at several intersections to stop and stare. People were wondering whose driving skills were so cool and smooth!

"An Qi, are you sure you don't want to consider my proposal?" Leng Yuchen asked An Qi.

"You mean marrying you?" As they had left An Yufei back at the Lake Heart Villa, An Qi had no one to help her make up her mind.

"Yes," he confirmed, still waiting for her answer.

Leng Yuchen then suddenly made a swift ad sharp turn, and the huge centripetal force threw An Qi around a bit, making her a little dizzy. But, no matter how dizzy she was, it was nothing compared to the excitement and butterflies in her stomach that Leng Yuchen gave her.

After making sure that she was okay, Leng Yuchen asked, "An Qi, you don't think Auntie Sun's accident was just an accident, do you?"

At that moment, beads of perspiration were dripping from An Qi's forehead. After all, Leng Yuchen's question was tricky. He completely took his eyes off of the road for a moment to look over at her face, awaiting her reply. She knew that it was imperative that she give him a perfect answer.
