Chapter 1A hope to rise

10 June 1967 it was a sunny day I was just going to home after the school departure I saw a small girl who was wearing torn salwar(an Indian dress) who was selling pakoda's (popular Indian snack) in the burning evening she came to me and asked if I will buy pakoda's. I purchased 10 pakoda's for 1 rupee and then I asked her why she is selling pakoda's in such a hot evening she said that her name is Sithal and she lives in the nearby village Kamlapur with is father and 2 brothers then she said that her father hates her because she is a girl she is restricted on paying games going to school etc. she said that she is younger among his family but anyone has no care about her he loves to play games on the arcade Machine but his father doesn't give him money to play or to go to the arcade shop he gives his brothers 10 rupees every month to play games in the arcade shop but he ever never game herm a single penny fo playing games but paying games is her passion so he sells pakoda's when hi father is not at home and play games on the arcade shop by the profit she get I was listening her story deeply but suddenly my mother came and took me from their after that day I daily used to go and buy pakoda's from that girl but one day when i visted the place where she selled the pakoda's she was not there I asked to many shopkeepers in the market about that girl but no one knows about her then suddenly one when i was playing kho-kho I saw that girl i ran to her and asked many questions then she said when she was telling her story to me her father listend it and realised his mistake then he bought a arcade shop where he allowed me and my brothers to play and she gave me a pamphlet and said to me that please visit our shop one time she said his father is supporting her in playing games and she is selected in the arcade games competition at last she said me
