1 Far Far Away

I was always a normal 16 year old boy. I would go to school every weekday and hate it like everyone else. I would go to my part time job in retail 3 days a week and scouts on the other days.

For my free time I would spend it with friends (though I only had a few) or watching anime or movies and reading books. It was a normal life with nice family. Of course it was kind of boring but videogames helped.

Why am I saying 'was' you ask? Well that's because one day I went to sleep and didn't wake up. Or at least I didn't wake up among the living. From what a weird god told me when I woke up I had apparently died at the start of a zombie apocalypse!

I thought that was completely lame I didn't even have time to bash in zombie heads with a bat. But I a wasn't disappointed for long because that same god told me that I had gotten lucky and was to be transported to another world with a new body and powers.

Sadly I wouldn't get to choose any of them but luckily again I got the Star Wars universe with chakra from naruto. I'm not a super fan of them or anything but It's definitely better than not knowing anything. Apparently I'm also getting a system but nothing like those OP systems I know because I asked.

"Are you done with your monologue?" a booming voice asked from in front of me.

"Ah yes sorry about that the readers needed to know what's going on."

"Who are these readers?"

'Shoot' I thought 'why does that keep happening' " I honestly have no clue sorry again."

"Well no matter, Goodbye"

"Wait what about a body, time, and location!" I called out as I started to feel myself drift away.

'Dammit' I thought as I slowly opened my eyes blinking rapidly to try and get my eyes used to the light. Looking around I took in my surroundings, it looks like I was sent to some sort of cross between a forest and a jungle. With large green trees with a mostly covered canopy. Slowly pushing myself off the ground I took stock of the situation.

'Looks like I'm in a unknown forest on a unknown planet and I don't even know what year it is. Yep this is gre... wait' quickly I looked down at my body using my hands to check 'whew looks like I'm still a guy, but I'm probably a bit taller maybe 6'2 and at least I have clothes on, there just long grey pants and a black shirt but they are usable. All that's left now is to see my face and hair.'

I spent the next couple minutes familiarizing myself with my new body and trying to find a body of water. It wasn't very difficult because of how similar I was but it was shaky for a while. Finally coming across a decently sized slow moving stream I kneeled next to it and looked at my reflection. Staring back at me was a relatively good looking kid with sharp features, slightly longer black hair, and purple? eyes 'huh that's not normal from where I came from. But everything is looking up, now all I need to do is figure out how to survive in this place while training my powers'

Looking towards the sky the sun was straight up meaning I had about half of the day to find shelter for night. Deciding to walk by the stream until I found a faster part of it I started walking.

Around 30 minutes later I found a decent place. It was a very large tree that I could get partial cover from the elements by sleeping under its massive roots. It also had a relatively fast stream so I could get cleaner water. For the next hour I walked around gathering sticks, leaves, and stones to start making a fire.

When I got back to my camp I had finally had enough, I just had to try out my chakra and system. Getting comfortable sitting on a small bed of leaves I was bouncing in excitement.

"System...System open...System start"

~30 minutes Later~

'That god was not lying when he said this was not a overpowered system' I though finally closing the interface. To summarize I get a infinite inventory but it takes time to put bigger things into and out of it, the skills tab is empty for me right now but tracks what I have completed, the store can only be used to buy Shinzo I weapons, gear, and clothing, and the Jutsu tab is enormous. It opens into Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu, and Shinobi Skills. Each of those have big ass skill trees that start from basic things like novice stealth or the academy three, and go all the way to S class techniques. Luckily I don't have to buy everything individually, I can buy the beginner and when I master it get the next step for free. Finally I use the points to buy everything and get them from learning.

But the worst part of all is that it actually makes you study! It puts the skills/ techniques in book form in your inventory so no cheat instant learning. It doesn't even tell me how much chakra I have. But it definitely seems designed to reward hard work so I'm still pretty excited.

Getting into a meditative position I start to control my breathing. Slowly I start to tune out the world around me. All I feel is me myself and I.

'Dang got distracted for a second there'

Getting back into the breathing I reach down into the core of myself. There I feel some kind of indescribable substance, both warm and cold, solid and liquid at the same time. I try to influence it, move it towards my hand. Slowly it gives way and after a good amount of time I open my eyes to find a faint blue glow surrounding my hand.

Clenching my fist my only thought was 'it's time to train'
