"Do you have a death wish man! What the fuck is so important that you'd risk your life for it!" The teen yelled incredulously. Isaac gave a rueful smile as he faced down the magic user, his hands raised to show he meant no harm.

"Hey, trust me I'm in no hurry to die, I just couldn't help but notice how angry you seemed towards those cops. I was hoping you'd give us a hint about what this is all about, I mean you are kinda holding us hostage for it." Isaac pointed out a spell on his lips, ready just in case. The teen looked at him in disbelief, but he didn't attack Isaac yet, so he saw that as a win. For a few minutes, the kid looked like he was thinking it over for a few minutes before he spoke.

"You're crazy, you know that right! I could kill you and nobody would do a thing, they never do!" The kid roared. Isaac heard the teen's voice choke on his anguish and thought to himself that there was only one thing that could cause that kind of hurt.

"Who'd you lose?" Isaac asked suddenly. The masked teen staggered back as if he'd been struck.

"W-Who said I-I lost anyone?" The kid stuttered back.

"The pain in your voice gave you away. There's only one thing that can cause that kind of hurt."

"What would you know about it?"

"My story is a bit complicated, let's just say I've delt with my fair share of loss. I know the kind of hole it leaves inside of you, and then there's the anger. You're angry at them for leaving, at yourself for not being able to do anything, you even get angry at the world and God for taking them away. It's even worse when there actually is someone responsible for their deaths, the rage is so focused the idea of not doing anything seems crazy. Sound about right?" Isaac wondered aloud. The teen's legs buckled at that; his hands grabbed at the table next to him for support.

"H-H-How?" The teen fumbled out.

"Like I said, I've been there. Now why don't you tell me what these guys did and just maybe we can get you some justice and keep you from throwing away your life." Isaac practically pleaded. The kid looked at him for a long moment before he nodded. Isaac could hear the sirens in the distance, he didn't have much time left to try and help the kid.

"They killed my family." The teen said flatly, his voice gave away none of his emotions. Isaac watched as the four cops looked at each other puzzled, clearly they didn't know what the masked teen was talking about.

"Do you see their faces? They don't know what you're talking about, you have got to explain a bit more. Please." The teen looked over at the officers for a moment and then raised his hands.

"Ba Yo Doulè!" ("give them pain!) The kid growled out. Isaac could hear the vitriol in the teen's voice as he cast his spell. All four cops dropped to the floor screaming, their bodies contorted as if they were being electrocuted. Isaac closed his eyes for a moment and repeated, 'Otium,' (ease) in his mind, he carefully controlled his power so that his spell wouldn't be noticed by the teen. He watched as the four men's pain driven movements eased, their faces still showed signs of pain, but it was far less than what was originally there. Isaac feigned surprise and shouted, "What did you do to them?" The teen sneered at him, his nostrils flaring.

"No less than they deserve! They can't even be bothered to remember the lives they've destroyed!!" The masked adolescent screamed.

"Forget about them, just tell me what happened. I want to understand, what led you to do this?" Isaac knew if he couldn't get this kid to open up and calm down, he'd be forced to act.

"Fine! You want to know what happened so badly; I'll tell you. My family was heading home from my sister's basketball game, I was hugging her, congratulating her, she hit the game winning shot that night. We were so proud of her, we were talking and laughing so much that we didn't even notice the group of guys coming out of one of the buildings.

Apparently they were a part of a violent gang that had been causing problems for the cops, my parents had no idea. We saw a few of the other kids from my sister's team, with their parents, and said hi. That's when we saw a bunch of cop cars pull up, they all got out of the car and started yelling, their guns already out. Our parents stepped in front of us, they had their hands up, just in case. I can still see them standing there, their backs straight as they tried to talk to the cops. Unfortunately, some asshole decided to make a noise that sounded like a gun shot and the cops and gang members just opened fire on each other with all of us still in the middle." The kid took a breath but continued to tell his story.

"Do you know what it feels like to be shot? You think you know it's gonna hurt but the feeling is so different from anything you can imagine. It's like lava being shoved through you and then you go kinda numb to the world and everything is almost out of sync with you. The worst part for me though, is that I stayed awake. I watched as bullets tore through my mother, my father, and my baby sister. I watched as the other kids were ripped apart with their parents by the very people who were supposed to protect them." Isaac watched as the memories tore through the teen and his body shook in response.

"She was only eight years old, and they killed her! They killed everyone! Only three of us walked away alive that night, two different parents and me, guess how many are still alive today? I'll give you a hint, I'm the only one. The other two killed themselves last year, they were good people before, but that night broke them. You know the worst part, the cops couldn't even get the gang members, they all got away in the chaos. So, my family died for what!!?" He roared out. "You couldn't even give them some respect after they died. You showed all the white families and how tragic it all was that they died but my family you couldn't even give them that courtesy could you?" He said rhetorically.

The teen was practically foaming at the mouth now, as he stalked back and forth. Isaac had been watching the four men as the kid told his story and knew that he was telling the truth, the cops faces went practically translucent when they heard his story.

"So not only did your family die, but they were also disrespected and forgotten by the very people that got them killed, is that about right?" Isaac asked incredulously. The teen just nodded his head clearly in no mood to continue talking about it.

"So why not tell your story, expose the police department for their part in the deaths of countless civilians. People would be outraged if they knew what happened to you, hell I am and you're holding me hostage. Isaac exclaimed. The teen scoffed at that and shook his head.

"You don't get it. I already did that, and the media turned it around and attacked my family insinuating that my family was in fact there to buy drugs from those gang members and that they used me and my sister to distract the cops. They even attacked my character bring up troubles I had while in the foster care system after my parents died and that I was just looking for a payday. So, you see I tried it their way," he said pointing at the cops, "Now it's time to try my way! Kraze Zo Yo!" (Break their bones!) The cops cried out in pain as a snap echoed throughout the room. Isaac could do nothing as the teen's spell shattered a bone on each of the officers' bodies. He could hear the sirens outside now, Isaac knew there was nothing he could do for the kid he needed to stop him before the kid killed someone.

"Absconde Me Ab Aliis." (Hide me from others.) Isaac whispered out. His spell would create an illusion of him acting like a hostage while it hid his real body so that he could act. If he was lucky it would even hide him from the teen, though Isaac didn't hold much hope in that.

"Prohibere." (stop.) Isaac said, cancelling the spell the teen had cast on the cops. Unfortunately, the teen definitely noticed when the cops stopped writhing in pain, 'nothing I could do about that' Isaac thought.

"Revele Tét ou!" (reveal yourself!) The masked teen growled out. Isaac quickly cast "Akhfi Wajhi," (hide my face) and "Mutare Vultus." (alter my look.) His face was now hidden, and his clothes were disguised; no one would recognize Isaac now.

"Who are you!" The kid shouted, a genuine fireball in his hand. Isaac stared the kid down and flexed his magical power, the kid's eyes widened at that.

"You're like me!" He exclaimed.

"Yes child, I do wield the same power as you. I have come to ask you to stop this crusade of yours, it will destroy you. You have great potential; I do not want to see it end."

"I have to do this!" The kid yelled. "They destroyed my family!" He finished. Isaac looked at the teen saddened by what the world had taken from him.

"I heard what was done to your family and the others, I am truly sorry that you had to experience such a tragedy. I too have lost loved ones to violence, not of their own making, it is not an easy thing to endure. I am not asking you to give up getting justice for your family, I am just asking that you not do it this way. If you'd like I can help you, you'd be surprised what can be accomplished with a little magic." Isaac pleaded. After a few moments Isaac thought he had reached the kid, when suddenly the kid raised his hand towards the cops and whispered out, "Cheche Soti Nan Anndan An!" (dry them up from the inside!)

Isaac yelled out "Projice Eos!" (throw them back!) when he saw what the teen had done. The spell ripped through the air and rocked the masked teen back as if he'd been shot out of a cannon. A loud crash rang out as he slammed into a car outside the coffee shop. Isaac turned to the four now dead cops, their bodies were all desiccated, each one resembled an ancient mummy. Isaac did not imagine it was a pleasant way to die, he could only hope that their pain did not last for too long. Isaac took one last look at the bodies before he walked outside, the first thing he noticed was the number of cop cars. Apparently half the police force showed up for this, they all had their guns raised and looked nervous as hell. Isaac looked down at the unconscious teen and sighed, he had not wanted things to go this way, but the kid forced his hands. Isaac knew what he'd have to do now, even if he hated it.

"Ut Eius Donum Signantes Eam Da Ei Animam Suam!" (Seal his gift away deep in his soul!) The air rushed with power around him as Isaac chanted. Each word reverberated through the air and shook the ground, Isaac had forgotten what effect this level of power could have on an area. Suddenly, the sound of gunfire was all anyone heard as bullets ripped through the air towards Isaac, nothing in their way, when suddenly they stopped. The cops' faces were pale as the space around Isaac rippled from the bullets' impact but did nothing else as they all fell to the floor, not even one had touched him.

Isaac's eyes, however, never left the teen, he mourned for the kid's loss as he watched his spell rip the teen's power from him and seal it away. The teen would never be able to use his gift again unless Isaac unsealed it himself, it was a steep price for so little reward. Isaac shook his head and walked back inside and disappeared in front of everyone's eyes. In fact, Isaac hadn't just disappeared, he turned himself invisible and took his illusion's place and kept up the ruse of a scared hostage.

After the cops stormed into the coffee shop everyone was questioned for over an hour, Isaac was asked countless questions about what had happened. The cops were particularly interested in who killed the cops and who the disappearing man was. After all their questions had been answered Isaac walked over to Iris to check on how she was doing.

"So does this kind of thing happen often here?" Isaac asked, a smirk painted on his face.

"Oh, yea all the time." Iris quipped back. Isaac saw her cheek twitch upwards a bit, 'It's a start,' he thought.

"I think it's safe to say that we'll have to reschedule our date. How's tomorrow, you can show me your favorite places in this city." Iris looked up at Isaac, her mouth open in surprise.

"How can you think about that after what just happened?" She insisted. Isaac could tell her he was in no danger from the masked teen, but that would be stupid.

"All this did was make it very clear to me how short life is. You have to take advantage of every opportunity you have. So, I refuse to let what happened today keep me from what I suspect will be a very enjoyable date with you. Now, if you feel differently than that is another story."

"You're crazy, you know that right." Iris chuckled out.

"Are you sure you're a fan, because you say a lot of hurtful things." Isaac joked as he grabbed at his heart in mock pain.

"Oh, shut up." Iris slapped his arm and smiled at him.

"See what I mean." Iris just rolled her eyes at that.

"So what time are you gonna pick me up?" She asked suddenly. Isaac grinned and told her he'd pick her up at 12pm. They exchanged numbers and Iris texted him her address. Isaac went to leave but not before he offered Iris a ride home, she told him her dad was a detective on the case here and would want to take her home himself. Isaac spent the rest of the day catching up on some emails, checking his investments, and going to a basketball game. Before he knew it, it was dark out and he was heading to bed for the night.

Isaac woke up at 5am as usual and spent over an hour in the gym. Ever since he took the super serum, Isaac has had to use magic to make his workouts effective for him, sometimes he'd increase his weights, other times he'd use a spell to add resistance. After his workout, he went about his morning routine and later got ready for his date. He got dressed in a green short sleeved polo shirt with some black jeans and his off the Grid black and green high top Gucci kicks .

Isaac hopped in his black Audi Spyder and texted Iris he was on his way, it only took him 20 minutes to get to her place, luckily her dad wasn't there. Iris opened the door and stopped Isaac cold, Isaac's eyes yo-yoed as he checked her out. Iris was wearing a pair of black skintight leather pants that hugged her thighs and ass in just the right way and a green lacey crop top that displayed her tight stomach nicely . Isaac complimented Iris on her outfit as they headed to his car, he opened her door and then they were off.

The two went on a tour of the city as they visited some of Iris' favorite places, like the botanical gardens and the Central City Museum. Afterwards, we went to a Mexican spot called Surfside for lunch and grabbed some milkshakes after. They were making jokes and laughing the whole time, eventually they made their way back to Isaac's car.

"Do you have anything you have to do for the rest of the day?" Isaac asked as he opened the passenger door for Iris.

"No, after what happened yesterday I don't have work for the next week. Why?" Iris wondered.

"Well instead of just going home and wasting this gorgeous day, why don't you come over and we can have some drinks poolside and enjoy this weather. It's got a killer view." Iris bit her lip at that and looked him in the eyes. Isaac could tell she was really thinking about it, they both knew what might happen if she said..

"Yea sure, but can we stop by my place so I can pick up a bathing suit?"

"For sure. Let's get out of here." Forty minutes later they were at Isaac's hotel heading to his room. Isaac showed Iris to the bathroom and went to his room to change, after he finished he brought out a bottle to take to the rooftop pool. Iris came out of the bathroom like she wanted to stop some hearts, she was wearing the hell out of a two piece suit. Her black top piece looped around her neck, struggling to contain her full breasts, and her leopard print thong put her thicc ass on full display . Isaac drank in her bikini clad body for a moment and then took her to the roof. As they stepped out of the elevator Iris let out an audible gasp as she took in the rooftop view.

"Oh my God Isaac!" She breathed out. Isaac watched as she turned all the way around to look at everything. The rooftop had a bar at each end of the roof with countless reclining pool chairs and a few couches too. The pool wrapped around the hotel roof, making it into one endless infinity pool, it also offered one of the most breath-taking views of the city. Isaac claimed two reclining pool chairs that were right by the water and set their things down, he got Iris settled and then went to grab her a drink. The two sat poolside for a bit laughing and drinking a bit when Isaac decided it was time to get in the water, before the sun set. Isaac caught Iris staring at him as he took his shirt off, he knew he had her now. He lifted Iris up and threw her into the water, before he followed in after her, laughing the whole time.

"Isaac! I'm gonna kill you!" Iris yelled out. Isaac just held his stomach as he continued laughing.

"Arrrgh!" Iris rushed Isaac and threw herself at him. Isaac caught her easily, her weight comfortable in his hands, she slapped his arms in faux anger until she realized their position. Iris had her legs wrapped around Isaac's waist and his hands were palming the shit out of her ass. Iris slid down his body, slowly, as her hands trailed down his chest and rested for a moment on his abs, Isaac watched as her eyes lingered there. Isaac kept a hand on the curve of her back as he moved in close, his lips a breath away from hers as he waited to see what she'd do.

"Mmmwah!" Isaac could taste strawberries on Iris's full, plump lips as she leaned in and kissed him, and it was a great kiss Isaac noted. He grabbed her waist and deepened the kiss, her lips fell open at the brush of Isaac's tongue, welcoming him. Isaac's fingers twined into her hair and clenched into a fist as he sloppily licked into her mouth, she moaned into him, her arms wrapped around me.

"Ahh!" Iris groaned as Isaac sucked on her bottom lip. Isaac laid light, gentle kisses on her cheek and jawline, working his way to her neck. He sucked and nibbled and bit at her pulse, forcing another moan from her as she pulled him in deeper, her arms around his head. Isaac left his mark and attacked the other side with similar vigor before pulling back and looking Iris in her half-lidded eyes.

"Let's get out of here." Isaac growled as he let her feel his growing member as he ground against her.
