Throughout the rest of the time till the third month, I mostly hangout with amber and Noelle, as well as my daily commissions which have gotten harder since I got to C rank. It was a little awkward between amber and me, but we got through it most times amongst others.

I also got enough primogems to upgrade my vision to a C1 constellation, which increased my ice talent grade by one rank, giving it a total of 3x boost in abilities.

I also got to know how the vision works for the rest, it seems it serves as a pseudo-circuit with the elemental particles, passively increasing body strength and mental stats, amongst other advantages depending on the vision wielder. But since I had a lot of mana, it boosted my stats a lot, making it twice as powerful as those in the same grade. I think it will increase as I grow my mana, so that's a good thing for me.

In the third month, my spearmanship increased a lot, only lacking a style. So I started implementing breathing styles from Demon slayer. I saw some similar techniques from some inazuman diaries in the library, but implementing it for a spear is hard, so I didn't get a lot of progress there, but I'll keep trying my best.

I also did a few c rank quests in the guild, making me richer so I had to find a place. Asking amber, she showed me to a realtor's office. Getting there I got a two-bedroom apartment close to where amber stays, since I didn't want to keep intruding. I paid about 2 million mora for a year's lease, making me poor again. Ugh the agony, I weep silently as I see the money going.

Hearing amber snickering behind me, I pull her cheeks, letting her go as I see her pouting. "c'mon, let's go shopping for supplies" she says as she drags me with her to the general store. We got a lot of furniture and a lot of ingredients for a house warming party. Getting back home, we just lay on the couch, tired from shopping all day.

"Aren't we going to call the others?" I ask. "I'm too tired, let's just forget about it" she yawns as she lies down like a dead sloth. I look at her, amused as I reply "oh well, I guess it's just the two of us then" before lying down next to her.

"Ugh don't touch me, you're sweaty" she complains as I snuggle with her. I laugh before going to make dinner and telling her to take a bath. She leaves to get ready while I make some rice and stew. Keeping the extra to eat tomorrow, I take my bath before wearing some comfortable clothes.

Hearing someone knock on the door, I see amber dressed in a casual red shirt with black shorts. Seeing her wet hair, I see she hasn't gotten out of the shower long. 'Pretty' I think as I let her in.

Removing her shoes, she sees the meal as I've already set the table. I pull her chair, smiling as she sits before going to eat. 'Thank you for the food' I pray before we start eating. Taking a bite, I remember the times I was with my family before crossing over. Smiling sadly, I'm brought out of my thoughts by a hand wiping away my tears.

"Are you okay?" she asks worriedly as I shake my head and reply "I'm fine just thinking about my parents"

"Can you tell me about them?" she asks. Thinking about the memories I got of myself before remembering, I see some blank spots, probably something bad happened. Shaking my head at the unnecessary memories, I start to reply

"Well there's nothing much to say as I don't remember some of it" smiling at her to show I'm okay, I continue "I was born at Aaru village about 18 years ago to a family of three. My dad was a merchant and my mom was a stay at home. Since I was smarter than other children at my age, my dad wanted me to become the heir to his small company. He mostly dealt with spices from liyue to sumeru and he was also connected to a chain of supplies. I didn't want that as I wanted to become a matra, but my dad disagreed with we fought a lot. My mom on the other hand was kind and gentle with us. I loved to be around her since I loved her a lot.

She didn't want me to become a matra, but she didn't oppose me as much since she didn't want us to fight. I was the middle child since I had an elder brother five years older than me and a brother three years younger. My elder brother hated me because I was smarter than him and he wanted to become the heir and I took it from him, he always said to me. I didn't understand it at the time so I always ignored him for being stupid.

I started training at the age of five so that I could fight. I couldn't find anyone to get me to train in a weapon without anyone knowing, so I just trained my body. I always had to run away when my brother came to fight me in the name of 'training' because I couldn't fight him and his friends.

I can't remember a lot but the only thing I remember was fire and the burnt bodies of my family. As I saw my elder brother with some eremites as they were laughing and playing with my mother's body, I just snapped and the only thing I remember before losing consciousness at the time was a lot of bodies being frozen, with my brother hiding behind a woman with a shield before falling unconscious"

Seeing amber hugging me, I start crying as it seems my predecessor buried a lot of sad memories. 'Don't worry, Destiny. Ill carry all your troubles and make sure the bastards pay' I felt a weight I didn't know leave me, giving me all my memories. Feeling ambers warmth, I smile and thank her. She blushes, before saying "you don't have to continue if you don't want to, you know"

"It's okay, it's not much problem, I gotten through most of it" I reply. She nods and sits down, a little close for comfort, but I just smile and ignore it as I continue.

"After waking up in a medical bay, I was told by the nurse that I had multiple lacerations and broken bones and it would take a while for me to heal. I nod and ask for some water. Seeing as she leaves, I struggle to sit up and look around as I see my Cryo vision on the table. Taking a hold of it, I feel it cooling my body and making a 'circuit-like' connection to me. Relaxing in the feeling it gives, I feel something on my navel. Seeing the vision trying to connect to it, I allow it, seeing as the 'mana' within me was twice as large as the elemental particle of my vision. Putting the vision on my waist. I see the nurse coming in with a woman who has tan skin and dark blue hair. Her eyes showed a form of heterochromia iridium: Her right eye is dark blue and her left eye is golden yellow.

Remembering her as the person who saved my brother, I asked who she was and where my brother was so I can kill him. She told me that she banned him from the village, along with her name. Asking me what I wanted to do, I just smiled and told her I wanted to leave this place and travel around the world. She trained me a lot for seven years before I could leave at the age of 12."

Remembering the 'training' and other adventures, I just smile at tell her that it's late. Seeing her pouting at me not telling her about the rest of the story, I smile and ignore her. Seeing her leave, I go to my bed before falling asleep.

Remembering that I have a commission request from Katherine, I groan before picking up my new weapon. Admiring it, I remember getting it by luck in a precious chest I found while doing a daily commission. These are the stats;

I've already upgraded it to lvl 40 and gone through one refinement, so it's a good weapon for me now. Getting to the guild, I see Katherine with a familiar person. Seeing as its bennet, I greet them before asking about the quest.

"It's a B-rank quest to investigate the B-rank ruins close to the 'temple of the wolf' domain. There have been cases of people missing inside the ruins and the last person we sent before increasing the grade to B-rank hasn't gotten back to us" I frown as I get this information, I mean I know it's from the hangout event, but if people are dying, it's no longer a joke.

I see bennet frown too, as he asks "are there any details we've gotten so far about the ruins?" I look at her as she shakes her head "except from the little details fischl brought, nothing new" she tries not to laugh as I sweatdrop from hearing that name. That girl scares me a lot, I groan as I see Katherine smiling at me.

I ignore her as I ask bennet if there's anything we need to prepare. "Let's get some food from good hunter before heading out". Nodding, I follow him as we accept the quest and wave her goodbye. Heading to good hunter, I see him 'cooking' something. Seeing by instinct skill blaring in my head, I deny one for myself as I cooked some roast chicken.

"Benny's adventure team assemble!!!" "Woo!!!" we cheer as we start to head out.

Remembering all the 'adventures' we've had, I shiver

(Flashback)

'Crackle' shit whys lighting chasing me, I think as I run

'Splat' fuck how many hilichurls are there? I think as bennet uses his burst to kill most of them

'Fuck, how the hell is there more than three caves in a straight road' I complain as we dig out the rocks blocking our way

'At least I got stronger' I shiver as I try not to get PTSD. 'Well let's get ready for another dose of fun' I cheer sarcastically as we head out to the ruins.
