Numerous chain shot out of Kushina's back and quickly surround the tailed beast and binding it, rendering it immobile and quickly losing energy to even stand up properly.

Kushina knew this will not last long, she had used up her entire life force and chakra to overpower her adamantine chain to be able to bind the nine tail fox.

The chains, empowered by a pure blooded Uzumaki lifeforce and charka was stunningly big. In exchange of your life, you will be able to bind even the strongest being...for a while. Kushina was an Uzumaki and the Jinchuriki, thus her life force and chakra are massive and thus rendering the chains able to overpower the beast.

The fox who's being bound by the chain kept struggling to get out of it. It constantly roars at the puny human who dares bind him, crawling towards them desperately as well to kill the damn woman who is binding him! The legendary Kyuubi.

"DO..it Minato, seal the nine tail back into me, I will bring it to my death and forcing the beast to wait for years to reform...hurry minato...i cant hold this for long*cough*."

Minato quickly rushes towards Kushina who was already coughing blood.

"Kushina!"

Kushina looks at her husband, eyes clearly with no regrets.

"Minato...you who light my day and life..let me light the path for you and Naruto...as my..final act as a wife...and mother."

Kushina gave a smile towards her beloved husband.

"Kushina..."

Minato who saw this..clearly hesitate..but quickly decided upon his next action, he hugs Kushina...one last time.

"Kushina..you are the one..who made me decide upon being Hokage...you made me the man I am right now."

Kushina head was lean upon Minato's shoulder..enjoying the warmth one final time.

Naruto who was being warmth by both her daddy and mommy was smiling while sleeping peacefully.

yet i am unable to protect...this..dream... I am so useless..."

Kushina then broke the hug and look at Minato's eye.

"Minato...don't be too sad..today is...naruto..birthday...we..should be happy.. I had never ever..regret for a moment..being with you..loved by you...imagine us..growing up..together with Naruto. I am sure we will..be nothing but a happy family....of course..my only regret..was not being able..to..accompany..Naruto's..journey."

Minato who had been crying endlessly suddenly stood up and walk towards the front of the tail beast.

"Kushina..preserve what chakra you could..It is a father's duty to protect his child...and to be the first to fight against all threat. I will seal half of the nine tail within me..and the other towards....Na..Nar..Naruto."

Minato then proceeds with the rest of the hand seals to summon the avatar of the death god.

"Minato!"

Minato's flashback.

"So..what you are saying..Jiraya-sensei...is that the Child of Prophecy..will bring peace to the entire shinobi world..and you think..that child is me?"

End of flashback.

Minato before finishing the final seal, turn back and look at his wife and child one final time.

'Jiraiya sensei... I am certain..that my child would be the Prophesized one...That one... Prophet too said..a child of whisker and blue shall emerge..with strife and sorrow to arrive at his dream.'

"Minato!, why?... Sealing the beast into Naruto will bring nothing but misery to him!... Is this for the sake of the village power?! Minato!"

Minato who's back still facing Kushina and his child simply said.

"This is never about the village, from morning till now...my mind had always been about my family...right now..I am but a simple father...paving the way for his son...*sob*I could care less about the village...for all my love was for you and our child...I would be the villain for my family.. I would betray any others for my family..*sob*I became..Hokage..for you... I became..powerful for you...You are my sole reason Kushina...it was never about the village."

Minato then completes the final seal.

From the back, a ghastly figure could be seen, the Shinigami is a translucent, gaunt spectre with a demonic visage. It is much larger than an average human, possessing long, shaggy, white hair, from which two red horns protrude, as well as purple-coloured skin.

"Minato!"

Minato did not reply to her wife's call but continue to say.

"I wanted to become Hokage...to prove those who mock you wrong..my love..you..are the one I care about the most..the village may burn and be invaded but my concern will always be my family first..for..*sob* I am but a simple father."

The Shinigami who was summoned did not immediately hold the summoner souls..but look towards a certain direction...and bow a bit...before claiming the rightful price for summoning a god.

Minato then finally turn around to look at his wife and said.

"He is our child after all...have faith in him."

"It is..because that is our son..that I don't want to have the same life...as I did....to bear such a heavy burden."
