Jeanne who currently had Kushina tied up now prepare to release the beast as per her master order.

'Hmm, Demiurge said to use this and just plunge it in the stomach of a Jinchuurki to release the tenant within and to use it to control the beast'

Jeanne then takes out a small dagger with strange symbol on the blade.

She then mercilessly stab it to the stomach of Kushina then pluck it out leaving a surprisingly small wound.

"HUUGH....AHHHHHHHH."

Kushina who had been stabbed with it shouted in pain first but then it turns into a full-on scream when she felt every inch of her body on extreme pain.

It was as if she dives straight into a pot of hot oil, the pain was unbearable even for a seasoned kunoichi like Kushina who was no stranger to pain.

The dagger was a creation of Demiurge on the order of his master, this dagger not only forcefully release the beast but also rob it of its free will and allowing the wielder of the dagger to control it, the eye would also be turned into a sharingan, just like how Gilgamesh wanted.

Of course, it was not a very strong control but enough to bind the beast as per order from Gilgamesh.

Kushina who had been screaming suddenly stopped, giant red beam exploded out of her body and it quickly reveal the nine tail in his full splendor.

Minato who appear near them was shocked.

His wife was laying on the ground weakly and barely alive and the nine tail had been released.

Jeanne who saw this smirk, she snaps her finger willing her intent for the nine tail to jump towards the village and start rampaging.

Minato who was forced between choosing his wife quickly and or the village to contain the damage was torn...but he made his decision shortly and use his trademark Hirashin and teleported to Kushina's body and promptly disappear with it.

'Good choice, sometimes, family are more important than some stupid village.'

Jeanne who saw his decision nodded with approval.

'Well then, next phrase is to initiate a fight between me and him, since he chooses family I should go easier on him.'

Meanwhile.

The Kyuubi who had been intrsucted to cause chaos promptly did its work.

Minato who had teleported back to the place he left Naruto with Kushina.

After making sure Kushina is fine for now, hesitate a bit before disappearing to fight against the nine tail.

Kushina then struggled to crawl towards her baby and comfort it.

The baby was still crying nonstop and Kushina's comfort bore no fruit.

'Why...it was..suppose..to be so...simple...Naruto...'

Flash back:

"Look at you Minato, already spoiling your unborn baby."

"That is a crime I had no issue in admitting to it."

Minato who then bring the new toy towards Kushina's stomach.

It was a toy with a drum with two string attached to it holding a bell.

"*sign* Minato, you can't just spoil our child ya know?

Minato who had been playing the toy for his unborn baby simply said.

"It is a fathers duty to spoil the child and a mother's duty to care for the child, don't worry Kushina, it is our

child after all."

Minato then show a huge smile towards Kushina then gave him a helpless smile, she was surprised when she felt the baby kicking in the stomach.

"Minato! Our baby just kicks me."

"Aahaha, our baby is happy eh? Don't worry, daddy and mommy will forever be with you pampering you hahaha."

End of Flash Back.

'It seems...that our promise might...be broken.'

Kushina gave a bitter smile, she then looks around the room and spotted the toy Minato bought for Naruto.

She struggles to get up.. and slowly walk towards the table..wanting to grab it.

Every step was a pain but she preserves.

Every step the word repeated itself.

'Don't worry, our first family photo we will be in a nice and cozy place.'

'This is the toy kunai I made for our baby when he or she grows up.'

'Kushina look, I bought this plushie for our child'

'Kushina look, I bought this small and very comfortable bed for our child.'

'Kushina------'

All of those words...it kept adding to the pain Kushina felt.

Tear's flowing down endlessly.

Kushina knew she might not make it out alive...she wanted to at least comfort her child.

With great effort, she finally grabs the toy and proceeds to walk back, but an earthquake knocks her balance off and threw her on the ground.

"AHH"

She shouted in pain, but she got up and continue to walk towards her baby...wanting..to at least make sure her baby is safe.

The impact knock her down more than 3 times but each time, with great effort she continue to get up.

When she finally reaches the bed, she comforts the baby by playing with the toy.

"Look..Your father...bought this...for you...."

She ignores the stinging pain she felt still, her baby is her priority.

The familiar sound cause Naruto to stop crying and look at the toy.

"Don't...worry..everything will...be okay..."

As Kushina was playing with the toy to comfort her son..more flashback appears in her mind.

Flashback.

"So who do you think our child will take after the most?"

"Doesn't matter, for this is our child."

"Naruto..i hope we can meet you soon..your mother and i are waiting to spoil you."

"Yeah...i hope we can see each other soon."

End of Flash Back.

When Kushina open her eye, she found her son is sleeping soundly.

"There, there, what a good child you are."

Kushina then proceed to slowly hug her child and kiss Naruto on the forehead.

Suddenly Minato appear and hug both her wife and child and teleported away.

"*pant* are you okay Kushi?...i..don't have much chakra left.."

Kushina did not say anything but look at Minato with her teary face.

A roar then attracted all their attention.

When Minato and Kushina looked at the source of it, the Kyuubi was preparing to strike at them.

"No..I still...have precious thing..to protect...And YOU WILL NOT TAKE THEM FROM ME AS LONG AS I STILL BREATH!"
