9 Meeting the Uchiha Royalty and My Classmates.

I looked at the happy expression with a shocked face, since when did bro become non-emo?

Then I remembered that he was a happy all sunshine and rainbows kid until Itachi pulled up and slaughtered the clan.

Looks like bro's happiness is about to expire in a year or two. Too bad his subscription didn't last long, but anyway, back on to the topic of the uchiha royalty family.

I saw that Sasuke was looking at me and so was Mikoto, she nudged Sasuke forward, as if telling him to go talk and talk with me.

Sasuke turned around and looked at her but she smiled again and nudged him forward, with a determined expression, he nodded and walked up to me, "Hello!"

"Yo." I said in a nonchalant and cool manner, seeing my coolness, Sasuke's eyes almost start sparkling.

"My name is Sasuke Uchiha! The youngest son of the Uchiha clan head. What is your name?" He asked in a way too giddy and childish manner, I never really liked these kind of people, the primary reason why I used to discipline my brother about being calm and stoic.

"Kai Nara." I replied, again in a nonchalant and cool manner.

Sasuke, charmed by my ever present coolness, smiled and came forward, "You must be here to join the academy as well! Since we are both going to be in the same class, wanna be friends?" He asked giddily.

Sasuke's excitement aside, I immediately noticed the interested and curious stare of Itachi, Mikoto and Fugaku. The difference was Fugaku's was calculating and Itachi and Mikoto's were genuinely curious and kind.

Of course, no way in hell the Uchiha clan head, the Uchiha clan heir and the Uchiha clan matriarch wouldn't know about the Nara prodigy who was being compared to their son and Shisui and even Kakashi and Minato.

"Sure." I replied to Sasuke. I just had a idea which might help me alot in the future.

"Great! So we are friends now, right?!" He smiled and exclaimed, "I'll tell Shisui that i am not friendless! I have friends too!".

I saw Itachi chuckle and Mikoto smile in the background. Fugaku's look remained the same.

The surrounding area was filled with children and their parents, he recognized Kiba, Shino, Choji, Ino, Hinata, Sakura and lastly, my bro, Shikamaru along with Shikaku and The Loudness Demon, Yoshino.

Suddenly, a chunin standing at the podium spoke up, "Everyone, Hokage-sama is about to give his speech." With that everyone started gathering around the podium.

Itachi called out to Sasuke, "Come here, Sasuke." With that Sasuke waved at me and left with a, "Cya."

As I saw the figure of Sasuke get further and further away, I heard a loud voice call out to me, "Kai!". I turned around and it was none other than Yoshino, signalling me to come and stand with them.

"Coming, Aunty." I said as I walked towards them. With my frequent visits to their house, Yoshino had insisted that i call her Aunty from now on.

I stood besides Shikaku who nodded at me and looked at Shikamaru who greeted me with a lazy, "Yo."

I nodded at Shikamaru and then looked at the podium, as the third hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen. Arrived.

Hiruzen smiled at us and then began speaking, "Good Morning to one and all present here. Today..."

I then tuned out whatever Hiruzen was saying which I didn't NOT give a shit about.

God, that was an overwhelming amount of yapping for an old fossil. Bro yapped too much.

When the speech ended and i finally returned to my senses, I saw that Shikamaru was sleeping as Shikaku held him who was nearly at verge of sleeping as well as his head almost dipped.

Meanwhile, Yoshino was brought to tears by the speech of the Hokage.

Weird woman.

After the speech ended, the Hokage left as a chunin sat at the entrance of the academy, he was sitting near a desk in a chair with some sort of list and a quill on the desk.

Aftter sometime, a chunin came and instructed everyone about the entrance process.

Shikaku yawned and handed me and Shikamaru a letter each and said, "Give this to the chunin at the desk, you won't have to worry about anything else."

Yoshino hugged me and Shikamaru tightly, squishing the life out of Shikamaru and me as she cried, "You boys grow up so fast! You are already entering the academy! Make sure to study properly! And dont be lazy, Shikamaru! Don't trouble the teachers and be nice to the kids and make alot of friends!" She exclaimed and finally let us free.

Shikaku chuckled, "You know damn well that they aren't gonna do that. Why are you telling them that anyway even when it is useless?" He asked as he prepared to leave.

Yoshino glared at Shikaku and looked at us one final time and ruffled our hair, "Don't listen to him! Be disciplined and concentrate on your studies, ok?" She said as she stood up and almost started crying again.

"Let's go, Yoshino. It's not like they are leaving us for forever, we will see them again in like 5 hours." Shikamaru said as he nodded a goodbye at us.

Yoshino sniffled and turned around, "You are right. But still..." She looked at me and Shika and then waved as she and Shikaku left, not before screaming "Take care of yourself!".

I merely nodded and went towards the counter where the chunin sat as Shikamaru followed, "Hey there." I called out to the chunin who was busy writing something on a paper.

He looked up at us and asked, "Where are you parents? Are you lost? What's your name?".

"No we aren't lost." I said as I handed him the letter and Shika did the same.

The chunin raised his eyebrows as he looked at the letter, he took it from my hand and opened it and started reading it.

As soon as his finished reading it, his face turned into a 'o' shape and he looked at us and then started writing something on a paper and looked at us, "You two boys can go, class no. 7."

I turned around and entered as Shika followed me and yawned, "What a drag..." He said in usual lazy tone.

After walking for a bit, I saw the class we were supposed to go to and entered.

Inside the class, was a row of chairs and desks and in front was a black board and a desk and chair.

On the chair was a chunin who I recognized as Iruka Umino.

On the other side In the row of chairs and desks, was Sasuke, sitting near the window, he waved at me when he noticed me entering.

On the otherside, was none other than the son of the fourth hokage himself, Naruto Uzumaki. He was sitting on the desk all giddy and excited and he grinned at us when we entered.

On the seat behind Naruto, was Kiba who was petting Akamaru. On the left of Kiba, was Shino who sat silently, observing the classroom.

I also saw Hinata sitting in the corner, observing Naruto with red cheeks. Near Hinata was Ino, who was ogling Sasuke but when Shikamaru entered with me, she looked at me and Shika and waved at Shika and her cheeks turned red for some reason when she saw me. (Not a pairing. My boy is just too good looking.)

I also noticed that on the bench below Sasuke, sat Choji, who was waving at Shikamaru and me, since I met him a few times when me and Shikamaru would fuck around in the village.

I walked up to the sit Sasuke was on and sat beside him, "Yo." I said looking at him and Choji.

Sasuke smiled and said, "Isn't that the Nara clan heir beside you?"

Chouji smiled and offered his chips to me saying, "Sup."

I nodded at Sasuke as I took some chips and started eating them.

Shikamaru also sat beside me and now the bench was full.

I noticed that Naruto was looking at us with a longing and sad expression, almost as if he wanted to sit with us.

Pfft, who cares? Bro radiates beta male energy, just come and sit with us if you want to instead of being a crybaby.

Lobotomy Kaisen (Omake) :

As the one who left it all behind and his overwhelming intensity, Kaigoat. Looked at the socially awkward one, Sasuge. As he prepared to dodge any attack thrown at him.

Suddenly, Sasuke launched towards Kaigoat, aiming to kick him in his ribs.

Seeing this, Kaigoat immediately blocked the attack and said to Sasuke, "Yowai Mo."

The socially awkward was enraged at the one who left it all behind, he jumped into the air and held his hands in a handsign as he breathed in.

Seeing this, The one who with the overwhelming laziness, Shikamaru. Started sweating and exclaimed, "Nah, he might actually beat Kai!"

Hearing the words of Shikamaru, The Obese one, Choji. Widened his eyes and said in shock, "No way...."

As the socially awkward one finished preparing his jutsu, he breathed out a big fireball aimed towards Kaigoat.

As the fireball reached Kaigoat, everything was covered in his smoke.

As the smoke dissipated, Kaigoat was no where to be seen.

But suddenly, a voice came from behind Sasuke.

"Nah, I'd win."

Behind Sasuke was Kaigoat, who kicked Sasuke away.

Sasuke, broken by his brutal defeat, started banging his fists on the ground.

Kaigoat smiled and said, "Stand proud, Sasuke. You are strong."
