Professor Flitwick's class was quite exciting. Even though he started teaching ,He was doing a great job at explaining Incantation as well as the wand movements to the students, His method of teaching were quite unique as well, He used rhymes to teach important points about charms, He repeatedly focused on the importance of saying the incantation correctly ,But if it were upto Blair ,he would prefer to learn Dueling form him instead of charms. As it was a well known fact that Filius Flitwick became a Dueling champion in his early 20s. He was quite a powerful wizard.

After explaining the incantation and the movement of the wand, he asked the students to perform the charm. The explanation was quite helpful ,Blair was able to perform the charm in his 4th try. But Some of the students, including Alastor ,Performed the charm successfully in their first try. This made Blair remember the fact that most of his housemates are far ahead of him.

But he didn't know that he has greatly overestimated his House mates, They only knew 2 to 3 simple spells at the most.

As the Class ended, The students began to leave the classroom ,Blair waited for everyone to leave ,Then made his way towards the professor, who was writing something on a piece of parchment."Professor"

"Ahh Mister Bradley, what can I do for you" Flitwick took his eyes away from the parchment and looked at him with some curiously.

"Sir, Is there a spell to stop our self from falling from a great height ,you see Tomorrow is my Flying lesson ,if by any chance I lose my grip of my broom, I can atleast try to save myself."He said hesitantly with a glimpse of hope shining in his eyes, He wanted to be prepared ,If any mishaps were to occur ,he could atleast try to save himself.

"Your flying instructor will be there to save you, if you accidentally fall from the broom ,But anyway, there are two charms that can help you with you problem, "Cushioning Charm" and "Slowing Charm" ,The latter one is quite difficult to perform on our self,So you better stay away from it ,As for the Cushioning charm you just have to thrust your wand towards the area you are going to fall ,Like this and say the incantation 'Molliare'." The professor said while showing him the wand movement.

" Thank you Professor " He left the classroom and walked hurriedly towards the Library ,to find find some books on offensive spells ,He made up his mind, from today onward he was going to learn offensive spells in his own room .Unlike the last time ,The Library was filled with students of various years and houses, The Librarian looked quite annoyed by this situation, She probably wanted to be left alone with her precious books. After searching for a while he finally found all the 7 years textbooks, Which were written by Miranda Goshawk, Most of the DADA professors prefers to teach from the books written by her. Blair already had the first volume of the series ,as that book was included in their curriculum. he had no classes for the rest of the day ,He sat on the same spot as yestarday and began to Compile a list of spells he wanted to learn in this year.

It took him 4 hours to compile a list of spells that he can practise in his room, Make no mistake ,The book were quite thick ,it's just that Blair only read the spell section of each book and skipped the theoretical portion of it.

The spells that he was going to learn this year were

He knew that he might not even be able to learn half of the spells mentioned in this list. But there is no harm in trying. After copying all the wand movement and incarnation from the books, he placed them back to their respective places and went out of the Library. He took out his wand and whispered 'tempus' .The white smoke turned into 15.34. 'I wonder if Twinky will bring me dinner In an empty Classroom' He didn't want to eat his dinner with his House mates, As he was getting annoyed by receiving various glares from them. After entering a dusty classroom he called for Twinky. The house elf appeared in front of him.

"Is sir wanting something from Twinky?" She eagerly asked Blair ,her normal innocent eyes looking at him as if he had something precious on him.

"Yes Twinky, Can you bring me some food "Blair asked hesitantly,Not sure if she would agree to it . But his worries were in vain because the next moment few plates of different food items appear out of thin air and with another flick of her finger ,she cleaned the dusty table and then placed the food on it.

"Thank you Twinky" after saying that he started to eat his food. Twinky went away with a delighted expression on her face.

After finishing his dinner he opened the book ,In which he has copied the spells from the library.
