Instead of getting acquainted with with the beast people I did as I was told and met with General Walker after class because I smelled an opportunity that seemed too good to pass up when I got there before I could react two soldiers grabbed me while General Walker signaled me to be quiet as they led me through series of secret tunnels from behind a wall in her office until we reached a room with runes I had never seen or heard of before but were definitely real as I could feel the power from within them.

General Walker:"This room is fully shielded from the sycophants of the gods we can speak freely here"

Me:"So it is safe to assume your not a fan of the gods"

General Walker:"Which is why I am trying to recruit you because your a spirit and automatically on their shit list"

Me:"A safe assumption given that I'm an evil spirit although I could have been recruited by the demons"

General Walker:"Don't be a jack ass if you were you would not have mentioned it plus you would have died just entering this room if you served either the gods or the demons any invading power not of this world would cause the glyphs in this room to activate and kill you"

Me:"So what do you want with me?"

General Walker:"I want your help with overthrowing the gods they crippled humanity to make us dependent upon them and installed their decedents to rule over us separating us from our lineage so that we will never be able to rise up against them"

Me:"I still don't know what you want me to do?"

General Walker:"Don't you want to liberate humanity from the yoke of the gods so that we may rise again and reclaim our birth right as decedents of the titans before the gods invaded and executed them until only three remain in hiding?"

Me:"Contrary to what you may think about spirits we are mostly selfish even the good aligned ones but most especially the evil ones I don't care about my fellow man I want to know what is in it for me and if the risk is worth the reward as far as awakening titan lineage that is intriguing but it doesn't seem like you even have access to one..."

General Walker:"I'm a direct decedent of Hecate the titan of witchcraft, ghosts and necromancy who betrayed the titans for a place amongst the gods only to have betrayed by the gods when they executed her and usurped control over humanity from the titans they killed everyone possessing direct lineage to the titans because of the off chance they could ascend to become one I only awakened my bloodline by chance but thats it is only awakened I gained some knowledge from illegal contraband confiscated by the army to build this place and recruit my followers I need your help in order to be more than rats in the walls of the empire"

Me:"Sounds like a great opportunity to me then if you want my help then I need a spirit contract without that I'm putting myself at risk for nothing"

General Walker:"How long will the contract last?"

Me:"It will permanently bind you to me"

General Walker:"I can't be bound together with forever!"

Me:"Then do you want me to quit part way through when the contract expires or if it seems like it is too risky or how about if your enemies make a better offer? If it's permanent then I am with you to the end good or bad and will do all in my power to ensure your success and not half-ass it and like you said you need me I can offer you more than you can imagine so what do you say?"

General Walker:"I need time to consider"

Me:"Don't take too long we don't know how much time you have and I won't wait forever"

After our clandestine meeting in her secret room I'm taken back to her office where her secretary is standing guard as a lookout when he sees us he escorts me out without a word.
