1 The meeting

Lily works in an eye clinic, she's a nurse and been a hardworking nurse. The eye clinic is very advanced in technology the machines they use are from Japan's latest models for lasik. Lasik (laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis) is a procedure in where a laser is used to correct the vision and after the procedure you won't need glasses or contact lenses for your eyes. You will regain a 20/20 vision afterwards.

Even though she is the most diligent and most hardworking she never gets acknowledged from all her hardwork. She's been working in there for a few years now and never got promoted. The big fat co-nurse had already got promoted who don't even know what to do and how to assist the doctors inside the operating room. The owner and President of the clinic thinks that the medical staff are just some disposable garbage that they can throw if they don't need them anymore. She quite think that people were looking down on her because of her young age. Maybe that's the reason no one actually pays attention to her. Despite all of the reasons to quit she still do her best for her job.

Then one day a patient who was tall, tanned skin, good body built and with oozing charisma went to the room in where the patients should be oriented before undergoing to the surgery. Lily was the one designated to orient the patients. There were six patients inside the room and all of them were guys. She was the only flower among the thorns. After the orientation Lily got the names of the patients and found out the guy's name was Riel. He was not nice at all. He was a certified asshole during the entire orientation. 'Maybe it's not my lucky day today' Lily mumbled to herself.

Then after the surgery was done Riel looked at Lily before walking out from the Recovery Room then smiled. Lily got dumbfounded at the scenic view and blushed. 'What a fine looking man' then she realized something and shakes her head. 'Darn it! What am I thinking?!'
