Ruth and Edwin went to meet Mrs Payne along with Lester and Elsie. Laila was there giving her medicines. As soon as the two of them noticed the group, Laila stood up and bowed. Mrs Payne tried to sit straight, but Ruth was quick to be at her side and told her to be comfortable.

"You look good than before Mrs Payne!" Lester complimented her with a smile.

Nobody knew what exactly transpired between Mr Welby and him, but they were glad that he was himself again instead of worrying about the future.

They needed to thank Rees for that. While on their way to the old building, Rees told his father about Ruth's dream and how it affected Lester.

"Thank you Lord Lester! Please sit!"

They all took their seats. But Mrs Payne could sense the tension on their faces.

"Laila get some tea for all of them." She told Laila, and the girl nodded her head before skipping out of the room.
