One of his experiments was to investigate the possibility of mankind learning the use of Qi, magic or some sort of force over natural unknown.

At the beginning of his research his results were nothing positive, when investigating the human body he discovered his inability to learn Qi were his blocked meridians and the lack of an energy in the universe to be used as a channeler.

His research was stopped until he found a way to open up a person's meridians, it was then that the federation found a huge planet full of mineral resources. The gravity of that planet was twenty times higher than on Earth and was inhabited by a race that was baptized with the name of Asura by the federation.

The Asura had a humanoid shape, with red skin and golden hair, when they reached adulthood, they were three metres tall and had two pairs of arms with claws that could tear through steel. The Asura leaders were the most powerful, they could reach four meters high, with three pairs of arms and two shiny black horns growing on their heads.

Growing up on a planet with such a strong gravity and lack of edible resources, their race evolved to adapt. Becoming gureros by birth fearsome and bloodthirsty, The Asura had a nomadic civilization but their understanding of martial arts as blacksmith was far superior to that of humans and any race found by the federation up to the time.

In their attempt to conquer the world of the Asura, the Federation waged two wars and lost both by the force of gravity that prevented their victory over the Asura. Without the ability to subdue the powerful Asura, the federation decided to start a business relationship with them, obtaining resources from the planet, knowledge of martial arts and blacksmith, in addition to the bodies of asuras killed in combat. All in exchange for food and knowledge from the federation.

With the Asura bodies in his hands, Victor was able to study them and discovered that their meridians were larger and stronger than humans, learning from them, and finally he managed to open up some of humanity's blocked meridians.

The end result was humans who were able to use internal force to jump more than three meters high, break concrete walls with their fists and resist low caliber bullets with their naked bodies.
