1 Where it all began ....

"Mommy!" said Anna as she desperately searched for her mother . She looked everywhere, but couldn't find her . That was until she saw her mom peacefully gardening in the backyard. Anna whispered to herself "Of course she would be there . She always gardens when she has free time ."

She pushed past the door , and ran to her mother's side . "Yes sweetie ?" replied her mom with a calm voice. "Can I please go play outside in the front ? " said Anna . "Of course just be back inside in and hour . " Anna smiled and said " Thank you mommy! I'll be back inside before you know it ."

••• She ran to the front yard , and gathered all her chalk from the garage.Anna was a shy and beautiful girl . She had long hair , and fair skin . Her eyes shine in the sunlight , and show off their green color. Her face was small , and full of youth . She was truly stunning. She was 12 and full of energy . While she was drawing on the cement she saw a boy .He looked about the same age as her , and was quite handsome. He had light blue eyes that resembled the ocean , and blonde hair that looked like sun rays . He caught her staring at him , so he waved . She was startled, but she waved back . That's when he started walking towards her . What should she do ?! She played it cool , and remained calm while he walked closer to her . He couldn't help , but notice her nervous face . Of course he taught this was cute . So he decided to tease her a bit .He calmly introduced himself . " Hi my name is Sebastian. I'm the new neighbor. I couldn't help but notice you staring at me . " Anna was shocked at how condensending he was . She built up the courage to confront him . She confindently said " Hello my name is Anna . Welcome to our neighborhood. I wasn't staring at you . I was just lost in my thoughts. I tend to concentrate on one spot when I'm thinking." He chuckled and proceeded to say " Are you sure about that ? Why was the spot you were concentrating on my face then ?" She didn't know how to respond , so she just glared at him . He was surprised that this shy girl could be so fierce . He chuckled once more before saying " I got you there didn't I . I know that I'm handsome , but please try to not stare at me all the time . " Anna was infuriated at this , so she said angrily "Do you think that I want to stare at your face ? Hmph . As if . I was merely amazed at how a person can look so dumb." He was astonished at this girl , and was surprised at how she roasted him . The smirk on her face only made him more curious about her .They stared at each other in both interest , and anger . She then turned around , and started drawing again before saying in a slick voice " Are you gonna keep staring at me , or are you going to draw with me ?" He was intrigued, so he decided to join her .

An hour later Anna and Sebastian were competing in a serious drawing competition. It was a tie , so they decided that they were gonna play rock , paper , sicciors to settle this . Just as they were about to being her mom came out the front door and said " Anna time for dinner ." Anna groaned , and sat up . " Mom can I please have 5 more minutes. I just need to beat Sebastian in a game of rock paper sicciors real quick ." Her mom sternly said " No Anna the food will get cold if you don't come and eat now ." Anna took the hint , and said "Ok mom I'll be there in a minute." Sebastian looked at Anna deeply. Admiring her beauty . She turned around to see him staring at her . She felt her cheeks burning up , and her face turning a shade of rosy pink . She was blushing! What was she thinking! She quickly said " I'm sorry I have to go now . This isn't over though . " He smirked and said " Of course it isn't. "

She ran inside , and he slowly walked to his house on the other side of the street . He thought about everything that happened today . He chuckled to himself at the thought of her beating him in rock , paper , sicciors . He then went inside, and called it a day .
