The Boy Next Door ...

"Sebastian ! Sebastian! Sebastian! Get up already . Mom said that you have to play with me ." Sebastian woke up to his little sister pestering him about play time . He groaned as he heard the words " Mom says you HAVE to ." He knew those words a little too well .

(An hour later .)"Mina can we please play something else besides dress up ? Where did you even get these girl clothes that fit me ?"

" No way dress up is the funniest game ever ! And you don't need to know where I got the girl clothes from !"

"Fine , but I get to dress you up next . " said Sebastian .

" No way you have the worst fashion taste ever !"

" No I DOn'T ."

Mina chuckled at her big brother's voice crack . He couldn't believe that his little sister beat him in an argument! He decided to not argue with an 8 year old . Mostly because he had his pride to protect .

" Let's go outside now ."

" ok better than dressing up . Just let me change my clothes real quick ."

" No you have to go out like that ."

" No way this is to embarrassing!" He said in a stern voice .

" Well mom said you had to play with me and I want to have a tea party outside." Said Mina in a persistent voice.

She had a point he thought to himself . How could he argue with that ! He was not gonna go out looking like this . What if someone saw him dressed like this !

" Mina either I change clothes , or I'm not playing. Even mom would disagree with you . Your being ridiculous !"

" The only clothes you'll change into is another dress!"

Infuriated he stormed out of his sister's room , and downstairs where his mom was talking with the neighbors. Wait WHAT ! The neighbors ! Anna was sitting in his kitchen when she looked over to see him dressed like a girl . She couldn't contain herself and started to laugh uncontrollably. His mother

Was startled , so she looked over to see what she was laughing at . She too started to laugh when she saw her son dressed like a girl . Anna's mom joined the laughing fit too when she saw him . Sebastian felt humiliated, angry , and surprised at the same time .

He ran upstairs as fast as he could , and started to change out of the clothes. He was so angry at everyone . Especially his sister. He didn't come down until his mom called him down to say hi to the neighbors. He really didn't want to say hi , but he knew that he would get into a lot of trouble if he disobeyed his mom .

He unwillingly went downstairs to see Anna still red from all the laughing she had done .

" Sebastian don't be rude introduce yourself."

" Ok mom ." He put on his best smile , and said politely " Hello my name is Sebastian. Pleased to meet you . Please excuse my embarrassing moment earlier."

Anna chuckled which only added to his fury . Luckily her mom caught her , and she had to apologize to him . She then introduced herself is a mature tone " Hello my name is Anna . The pleasure is mine ." They glared at each other before their parents sent them up to play together.

" So do you like to dress up like a girl a lot ?" Anna said in a playful voice.

" Of course not ! My little sister dressed me up like that . I was forced to play dress up with her ! "

Amused Anna said " Your little sister has a great sense of style ." He scoffed before replying " In some parallel universe I'm sure she does ." That's when Mina showed up . Sebastian whispered into Anna's ear "Speak of the devil ." She chuckled before saying " Hello my name's Anna . I'm your neighbor. What's your name ?"

" My name's Mina . Do you want to play with me ?"

" Sure !" Anna said in a perky voice unaware of the dangers that she was sure to encounter.

"Mina why don't you play with your friends ? Mom told us to play together. Besides we're older than you it won't be any fun if we play with you ." Said Sebastian in a calm voice . Anna shoved him , and said

" He's just joking . We would be honored to play with you . " Mina smirked at Sebastian while Anna was amazed at how similar Mina , and Sebastian were . Mina had the same golden blond hair , and blue eyes that could take anyone's breath away. She was like the girl version of Sebastian. Mina looked at Anna hopeful that she'll play with her despite her brother's attempts to get her to play with him instead .

"Come on let's go play in your room. Sebastian can play on his own if he doesn't want to join us ." Said Anna . Unbelievable! Mina has won once again . Honesty why was he even surprised anymore. Offended he stomped to his room across the hall while they had their fun playing with dolls.

Anna felt a little guilty , so she knocked on his door after 30 minutes .

" Can I come in ?"

Sebastian was surprised . Why would she want to come in his room ?

"Why?" Said Sebastian in a weary voice .
