11 Chapter 10 : It's fitting time !

Third person point of view

Luke and Leo never really met again for a supposedly "date", which Luke likes to call it as. And there were only a few texts here and there. Nothing much than that. Days went by and they were here to choose their outfits for the wedding. Their parents were pestering them to go for the fitting. They said they were fine with whatever they choose, but they still sent them to check on the outfits. The fact their parents don't get is that, they agreed to it, doesn't mean that they were willing to do it.

There is a clear line between doing something out of our own will and which we do for the sake of doing. It is not just a line, it is a wall. That too it is as big and long as a China wall, but their parents refuse to budge or even notice that. And they couldn't do anything against their parents. They only nod and do it to not have any arguments. In order for that to happen, they had to comply with the orders. As simple as that. But one thing they still don't get is why are they embarrassing them like this?

Luke went along with Ken and Leo came with Jade. Leo and Jade were the first ones to reach. They saw Luke walk in and there is another person along with him. " Hey ". Luke greeted as Leo and Jade stood up to greet them. " Hi ". " This is Ken. My secretary and also my best friend ". Ken extended his hand to Leo. " Hello. Nice to meet you ".

" I am Leo. Nice to meet you too ". Ken grinned at him. Luke noticed a person beside Leo. " This is my best friend, Jade ". Leo put a hand on Jade's back and pushed him a little forward. " Hey, nice to meet you ". Jade shook hands with the both of them and exchanged a smile. Ken couldn't help but think that Leo was rather good looking. A sales person came to ask them if they wanted to try the dresses. They nodded and were guided to the changing rooms. Ken and Jade sat on the couch. They exchanged a smile. For a few seconds there was a kind of awkward silence. Jade took out his phone to play games. " You play Minecraft too? " Jade looked up from his phone. " You play too ? " His eyes reflected the excitement that his words held. Ken nodded. " Shall we play a game? " Jade asked and Ken nodded. " Sure ".

Leo and Luke went into their respective changing rooms and wore the suits that were prepared. It was kind of a couple set. Luke has a white coat and a white pant with a dark blue shirt and the kerchief of the same color in his coat pocket. On the other hand, Leo's dress was the opposite to that of Luke's. His was a dark blue coat and pant and the shirt was white along with the kerchief. Meanwhile, Ken and Jade were immersed in their phones while waiting. They were enjoying playing it together and even laughing happily. In the midst of their fun, they heard the sound of the curtains being pulled away.

They both lifted their heads up to look at them in sync. Ken lazily lifted his eyes to see it, but what he saw in front of him shocked him. Jade just sat there not able to utter a word. He was just blinking and staring at them without moving a single inch. They stood beside each other looking all elegant, noble and gorgeous. If there were any girls around they would have squealed as loud as seals or dolphins that their ear drums would start bleeding right now. They heard a mechanical voice say "K.O". It was from Jade's phone. His character died because he stopped playing and it was the same with Ken too.

Ken wondered about his own gender preference now. He doesn't know why but looking at them standing like that, he couldn't really help but ship them. He thought they were perfect as a couple. He was awestruck. He turned his head to the side to look at Jade. Jade had the same expression on his face and both of them knew they shared the same brain cell. They had their jaws on the floor and then turned to look back at the couple. Oblivious to all the thoughts that were running in Ken's and Jade's minds, Luke and Leo were standing confused about the reaction they received. They didn't know why they were just looking at their faces and blinking continuously. Jade opened his mouth at times and closed it like a fish.

But it was true that they looked good together. Luke was a centimetre taller than Leo and that just made it cuter. Luke called out first. " Ken ". Ken didn't say anything, he was just staring at them. So Leo decided to call Jade. "Jade ". He called out louder than Luke, but still there was no response. Luke was frustrated and shouted his name loudly. " KEN ! " This brought him out of his thoughts. " Huh ? " He was still dazed. Even Jade was out of the trance and he shook his head to get rid of the daze. With a kind of an expression which read, who am I, what am I doing, why am I here, etc. " How is it ? Why are you staring like you've seen some ghost ? " Ken cleared his thoughts.

" Nothing. They are good, very good. Perfect ". They smiled. " Really ? " Jade nodded vigorously and now his expression was back in control. " Really. We just drifted off just now, don't mind us. Nothing at all. It is really nice ". Since they saw that that their smiles were genuine, Luke and Leo nodded. They took a look at each other and nodded in approval. " So, we will fix this ? " Leo nodded. They went to change back again. They just want to finish it and leave as soon as possible. So they were in a rush to get it done. And now that it is finally over, they felt a bit of relief wash over.
