8 Chapter Eight

He balanced his weight on his elbows placed on the bed. “Is this the kind of naughty thoughts you’re having?”

Kim swallowed the lump in her throat. “What are you doing?” Alex leaned in closer to her. “I’m only making your heart desires come through.”

Before she could say anything, his lips slightly brushed hers. If she didn’t know any better, she would have concluded that she imagined it. As sudden as it happened, he was standing back up. It was little wonder that the towel didn't fall off, considering how loose it was. Hurriedly she got up as well. She was pissed. He had no right whatever to do what he just did. “What was that all about?”

“What are you talking about?”

She laughed scornfully not believing her ears. “Are you going to play dumb with me right now?”

Alex just ignored her and went to his closet to pick out what he would wear.

“I’m talking to you.”

“You don’t speak to me in such manner Kimberley.” He said angrily.
