A lone man

Earth before the Dinosaurs went extinct. A darkness so great that it had consumed half of all of existence as well as Light that rivaled against this darkness had made its way to Earth. Along with natural elemental power that rivaled either the Darkness or light along with spiritual energy and everything in between. This was also around the time when a human born with insanely superior physical abilities durability was brought into this world. They were turned into an unwilling vessel. As the Darkness the Light the spirit energy magic energy and everything else found its way into this individual's body. They were torn apart at the seams, their body overflowing with tremendous amounts of power however they survived. Their survival was thanks to having their limits pushed beyond natural limits limit breaking shattering limits pushing past fatal conditions pushing beyond natural limits while in fatal conditions limit breaking while in fatal conditions shattering limits while in fatal conditions doing this every single moment of their life as well as using a liquid that would heal all wounds instantly this liquid was a very vast source as it was in an ocean that spanned half of the globe. It also improved one's body as the wounds and injuries would go back into the body strengthening it as well as improving one's natural recovery rate this human spent every single moment of their life doing that extreme training and healing liquid so much so that they had already consumed eight million gallons of it even before that day. As a result of all of that as well as their body's superior physical aspects they were born with they had a chance of survival even so that alone was not enough.
