When Ivan had been deeply immersed in the passionate act of love, Augustus abruptly pulled himself away leaving the other one astonished. Ivan looked at him breathing heavily while the raven-haired gazed at him hissing on his breaths.

Augustus left the hold around Ivan's body, making the human stumble on his feet. He quickly bent and picked Ivan's shirt, handing it over to him, and briskly walked away from his man friend.

When Ivan saw a car in his sight, he wore the shirt hastily, not wanting anyone else to see him vulnerable. With a lot of difficulties, he tried to shove his hands in the sleeves. The tattooed friend approached him with a smile. Ivan walked forward and stumbled on his feet, ending up falling into Kai's embrace.

Kai felt concerned but it was replaced with a warm smile as unknowingly Ivan fell into his hug. He felt his human's shivering body against himself.

"Amor, are you okay?" his warm concerned-filled words made Ivan baffled. Kai noticed something off with Ivan.

He tried to read Ivan but found his mind completely numb and blank. He looked at Augustus to know more but he was unreadable too.

Kai couldn't understand how he is not able to connect with his both friends unaware of his vampire friend not letting anyone take a hint of what they were indulged into. He assumed they must have fought again. He shook his head in disbelief.

"Are we being feisty again?" he softly murmured to Ivan while ruffling his hair. He could smell Augustus's cologne on Ivan. "My my you two were up to kill each other or what?" Kai blurted, shuffling his eyes between his best friends.

Augustus stood there quietly not matching his gaze with him.

Ivan felt a terrible shift in temperature rushing down in his body.

While his head leaned over Kai's chest, he looked at Augustus, finding his gaze hooked only on him. He tried to hide from that constant stare.

Kai felt Ivan burying his face deeper in his chest. He smiled, pulling in his embrace, glancing at Augustus. " Well, nevermind, Let's go"

"You guys go ahead, I have some work to do," Augustus said disinterestedly.

Kai didn't object to him. He held Ivan in his arms around preciously and led him carefully towards his car.

Ivan walked with his wobbly legs. He was still in the haze of the heated moment. The effect of alcohol was replaced with the passionate kiss he shared with Augustus a moment before.

Ivan felt lost in some other world. His eyes kept glancing at Augustus who wasn't there now. He looked around but found none. He clung over Kai, leaning his all weight.

"Come on Amor, get in '' he held his hand above Ivan's head precariously and made him sit inside carefully.

He put on a seatbelt over his man friend. While moving back, Kai looked at him. Their faces were merely inches away. His eyes captured every single detail of Ivan's face. How the tiny mole on his chin adorned his beauty! Those long eyelashes fluttered lazily. His small cute nose appeared red. His lips appeared dry and chapped. Kai shoved his hand in his pocket, grabbed Ivan's chapstick and opened it. When Ivan saw it, he snatched it from his hands and rubbed it messily over his lips.

Kai couldn't help but chuckle at him. "Aye, Amor. Easy easy"

But Ivan has been going through something else. He missed something on his lips.

Perhaps wanting for some moisture or Augustus's lips.

The chapstick smudged a bit on his lips. Kai wiped the contours of Ivan's lips with his thumb, erasing the extra gloss and looked at it. While moving away, he grazed his thumb over his lips, secretly putting the gloss remains over his thumb and blushed hard.

While walking to his car, he saw his sister Moon approaching him and stopped in front of him. He waited till she handed over a bag to him.

"This is Ivan's bag, he forgot it behind."

He grabbed it and nodded at her, "Okay let's go"

"Umm...you guys go ahead."

Kai became confused as she talked.

"But you were ready to go with us before"

"Ahh, I remembered some personal work. I will join you at home" she plastered a smile. Kai felt perplexed as Augustus too said the same. He tried to peep inside Moon's mind thinking if these two are meeting behind him. She tapped on his cheek, lightly breaking his concentration.

"It's getting late. Go now!"

She pushed him towards the car. He didn't ask her further and got into the car.

Moon watched him start the engine of the car, and drove out of the place. Her eyes filled with tears remembering the moment she unfortunately witnessed. She could also notice how her brother Kai looked happy and blushing when with Ivan. She knew something had been always blooming in Kai's mind for Ivan. But after what she had seen, it made something clear about Augustus's choices too.

She turned and gasped after finding the bloodnut vampire in front of her.

Thinking about the devil!

He tilted his head gazing at her trying to contemplate what's going on in her mind but when came across with a blockage, his lips raised into a dangerous smirk.

There's definitely something she is hiding and he could guess what it must be!

He let out a cold sigh murmuring under his breath.

"Cazzo (fuck), lived for hundred decades, snatched more than thousand of souls, sucked variety of blood and people really think Augustus Borbon is a fool of the clan?"

"You are such a bastard!" Moon snapped angrily with teary eyes.

"Naah...I am the best of the bastards!"

he stepped forward at her, she stepped back.

"You have ruined enough of me now, don't be the reason to make Ivan's life hell!"

"Bella, I am the reason why hell is so hot!" he rasped while gazing at her face. "And mind if I tell you to stay away from this because I am sure your elder brother won't like the idea of the 'us' having shared a moment of a kiss before!"

Moon couldn't believe his words. His words sounded blackmailing to her.

"You can't do this to me"

He angled his face, roaming his eyes on her soft nape.

"I can do anything to anyone Bella" his presence around her made her feel so numb and chilly that when she parted her lips, a fog escaped from her mouth. She knew being weak Omega, it wasn't her strength to fight with anyone, and him being a master of manipulation knows every trick to handle her. She backed away from him.

Augustus smirked and in a snap of moments vanished from there. She inhaled deeply while glancing around and checking if he had really gone. Once confirmed she decided to head to her house.

While driving the car, Kai stole some glances at Ivan who looked outside the window and couldn't help but smile.

Tonight has proved special to Kai. He has had a sweet realization about his feelings for someone and that's none other than his man friend sitting beside him.

He has found his mate a long time ago but now the feelings bloomed beautifully in the emotions.

Ivan sighed looking at the dark purple sky, twinkling stars gathering together around the bright Moon which reflected in his orbs. It felt like a reunion of a family. A feeling of togetherness has always made him think why doesn't he have his own family?

"I wish to have a family" He suddenly blurted his mind out loud. The alcohol became the perfect excuse to pour out his heart to his tattooed friend.

Kai smiled while driving. "You already have a family. Me, my brother June, my sister Moon are your siblings as well"

"Don't mind but I want to have my very own family" Ivan's lips puckered when he talked. His eyes settled on the star-studded sky, as he watched them resting his elbow on the edge of the window,"I wish to have a big house. When I go home, there will be someone whom I can call my family. I want to grow plants. I love gardens. I love when butterflies hover over them. I love simple things but they are hard to get. I want to gaze at stars sitting on the roof. I wish to count all of them."

Kai inhaled deeply after hearing his words. Ivan's words made him think in certain directions he never invaded. The thought of having a family and loving partner made his heart flutter.

Ivan looked at him, plopping his chin under his palms "You are quite a well known personality. Tell me one thing. Why are you still unmarried? Don't you wish to have a family too?"

The former stole an affectionate glance at him. "If you had asked me the same question before, then I would have laughed at you but now I think about the marriage."

Ivan's eyes glinted in curiosity. "Really? What's your type? I never heard you talking about that before. Do you have someone in mind?"

Kai nodded shyly. "I do have someone in mind. Someone kind, caring, full of life!" He glanced at Ivan in between, "Someone who can pamper me as well as scold me if I do anything wrong. Someone who makes me feel alive! Someone who I can call mine! Someone who loves the idea of having a family." he tried to give his man friend a hint while stealing glances at him.

Ivan went into the world of dreams. He was unaware that Kai was describing none other than him!

"Tell me, Amor, what kind of partner do you want in your life?" Kai wanted to hear him out too.

Ivan suddenly felt blank. He didn't have an answer for that. Did he think of why he doesn't have any type? What kind of partner does he want? He was clueless about this.

"First tell me who's this 'someone in your life and why didn't you tell me before?" he asked curiously.

Kai chuckled. "Do you want to know?"

Ivan nodded while thinking. His eyelashes met each other softly.

"Mi Amor," Kai said waiting for the reply, instead heard soft snoring fall on his ears.

"Amor?" He looked at his side only to find Ivan asleep while leaning his head on the rested elbow at the edges. His head slightly peeping out, whipping the hair off his forehead as the car drove ahead at a speed.

Kai's ears become red. He easily stretched his hand further to pull his men friend's head inside carefully without waking him up and slide up the glass. He covered his man-friend with his long-sized coat and chuckled thinking about his almost confession. Shook his head in disbelief, one more time he glanced at sleepy Ivan and murmured, "Someone who I call Amor"

The car drove further towards Ivan's house.
