1 Chapter 1- A New World

It was in the middle of the evening. I went to a mall after finishing my training while wearing my taekwondo uniform.

Yes, I always overwork my self. I trained to start from weaponless sports like martial arts, taekwondo, kickboxing, etc. to Fencing, Kendo, Hema, and others.

I'm 18 years old right now and I have been trained by my family. I know today is known as the modern world but the tradition of my family keeps on going till now.

When I was done buying food from the market. I saw people or rather a gang brawling with baseball bats and other blunt weapons.

I saw a child covering his head with his hands while sitting and leaning in a car.

So I rushed towards the child while mixing my self in the gang fight...

But to be honest... I was in the mood as well to fight so I sometimes kick and punch when I passed them.

Until I reached the child. I carried him to a place where to hide and wait until I come back. Why? because I left my groceries to where the kid was ducking.

My parents will punish me for this single mistake. I don't even know why I helped the kid in the first place.

One of the gang saw me and trying to get something from his pocket.

I immediately know what it is. It's a gun

... No matter how I trained close combat and other ancient martial arts but in front of a gun. I am useless as hell.

But I didn't give up yet. I saw a baseball bat then instantly grab it. If I die. I will bring you with me!

I throw the baseball bat with full force while the man pulls the triggered.

He hit me in the chest piercing through my heart.

But I clearly see the baseball bat hitting his head and bursting like a pulp.

I fell down. I feel blood rushing out from my body. My vision became blurry until I forcedly close my eyes.

Why did I even get my self into that mess?

Rushing and saving a child that I didn't even know.

I don't even have a girlfriend despite my good looks because of training my self to the limit.

But still, I have been loved by my family so I will not regret that I die.

"I can still move?"

I moved my finger and my finger toes. My backs feels like I'm lying on soft soil. I can clearly hear the birds chirping. I slowly opened my eyes.

"Where am I?"

I can see trees that are long and large ones. Flowers that I have never seen before and...

"What the hell is that?! What kind of breed is that dog? A dog? with horns?! No, Is this a dream?"

I pinched my self. It hurts. I slowly stood up like what I learned in animal channel so that the dog will not be aggressive.

"gggrrrrrrr"

"Yeah, I forgot. This dog has horns! No way it will be tricked!"

I stood up and run. My body felt numb but that doesn't matter right now. What matters is a dog with horns that is the size of a full-grown lion chasing me!

The dog has bluish fur with a horn that is 50cm. yes, it is that long. Imagine it pierced through my body again. Like the bullet that killed...

"I'm done! I'm done running! I have trained myself self yet I am running from a dog?"

I look around to see if there are suitable objects that can be used as weapons.

Then, I see rocks that are big enough to fill my clutch.

Clutching the rock I threw it in the doggies face.

"Bullseye!"

The dog whims and clearly it was very hurt. Yeah, hurt. And this was a golden opportunity!

I rush to were the rock that I threw lately and grabbed it again. Using it as a hammer to crush its head until the dog howled in pain then died.

Then, a random green text appeared in front of me but I didn't mind it for now because of that howl...

"That howl was loud. I should run before its friends may arrive. "

Before I left. I dissect it horns and nails but using the rock the same rock. I can use this as weapons.

"I should stay on high ground."

It's better to stay at the top than on the ground. Maybe there are more powerful creatures than that pupp... I mean dog.

I waited for a whole thirty minutes to make sure no alien creatures followed me.

What should... Oh, I forgot! I am still wearing my taekwondo outfit! I should use it to make a leather rope.

I ripped the upper part of my taekwondo outfit and looked for thick branches to make a spear.

Spotted one, I tied the horn and the branch tightly. Doing a demo by piercing a tree or slashing a plant.

"I'm good to go now. But first I must look for people. And if there is still no monster eating the dog I killed..."

I'm going to use it to make a leather to cover the upper part of my body. Before the night starts. A mistake again. Monsters will have a hard time killing me but the environment will.

Also what bothers me is the text floated in front of me lately after I killed that dog...
