1 In To The Open Waters

"Henry, be careful with that sword. It's too dangerous." said Lia. "Don't worry sister, I've learnt sword skills from master Hang Lee" henry, the brother of Lia replied. " But you only learned two days from him." his younger sister said. " yeah, but he said to practice" said Henry. " With a wooden sword, right?" one of his friends said. " I don't have one" Henry replied. " Come on then let's get one for you" said Harry walking in to their house. " Yeah, I too have somethings to get " said Catilyne. " Me too " Lia said, while walking towards the house. " Guys, where's Tanso". Henry asked. " I'm sure he is still sleeping." replied Lia.

Henry, Lia and Caitlyne were siblings and Harry and Tanso too were brothers. And they were very good friends Since their childhood. They are teenagers now. Tanso was the youngest and Harry was the eldest. Unfortunately there parents was killed when they were young. However they were able to survive and thrive. They spent a very tough childhood, but now tables have changed, they have their own house in Gongyo city. Though the house was not that big, it was enough.

Gongyo was a small city at the edge of a big forest, the city was surrounded by colosall, huge strong walls. There were 2800 soldiers to guard the city. The elder of the city was a kind but strong man. The city belonged to the human king, Ragna Riverdrel. His son was a kind prince just like his father sadly his mother died 4 days after the birth of the prince.

The have come to the Gongyo City Fair. This is the place where all the trade happened in Gongyo. " What are the things we need to buy, according to the list." asked Harry from Lia. She started to read the things in the list. "A wooden sword, some Carrots, Tomatoes, Potatoes...." They went to some shops and brought the goods.

Finally they came home. They had Breakfast and Henry went to master Hang Lee's house to practice sword skills. Harry and Tanso went to work in Lo Lang's field. They worked there and got there money as today was their pay day. They got 500 silver coins and 80 bronze each. They went home for lunch. Henry came too. During the evening Harry, Henry and Tanso went to they forest and worked under Cheng Fu. They started cutting trees, the more they cut, the more money they get. Harry and Henry got 5 Gold coins, 480 silver coins and 58 bronze. Tanso got 3 Gold coins and 985 silver coins. He reminded to himself that 1000 silver coins equals to a gold coin and 100 bronze equals to a silver coin, so he would have to work harder to earn more.

In the next day, Harry and Tanso went to work while Henry went to learn his sword skills. The news of the Voltaris attack spread in the city like wild fire. Everyone was afraid. The announcers of the Gongyo city said everyone to pack there things. But only food, money, cloths and weapons and evacuate immediately. Lia took her bow and her two short swords and Henry took his iron sword. Caitlyne took her two daggers and the sword, Harry took his sword and Tanso his war hammer.

The soldiers said to the people to come to the port with them. They directed the people into the ships, but the ships didn't have enough space for all. Some had to stay, but many of them jumped thinking they would land on the ship. But all who jumped fell to the river and died in their vain attempts. All the people were trying to make their way to the ship, but the soldiers of Gongyo controlled and blocked them. The ship started to sail and the people who could not get to it cried and wept in fear. The ships was now far away from them. They heard the sound of a blowing horn. The Voltaris army have arrived! They were armored with iron armors and weapons. They had red Iron armor. The soldiers and the elder of Gongyo rushed to the city and defended it with all their might. But the Voltaris were too many and too powerfull. They slaughtered the soldiers and the elder of Gongyo. They came towards the people. Some of them who had weapons tried to fight them but everyone was massacred. Nothing was left but land soaked with blood and the army of Voltaris.
