14 Chapter Fourteen

They had both finally awaken, the question that remains is where in the world are they. This scenery was completely different from the one they were just in. It looked as though they were in a forest in the middle of literally nowhere. They were both on they're own, both separated among the new world they are in.

"Where am I?" asked Laelynn.

She cautiously looked around to get a grasp of the situation. She then realized what had happened, she thought out all the possible scenarios of how she could have ended up there, but none were actually possible. She would have woken up the minute she heard or felt something so nobody could have brought her here. And she didn't remember going there herself.

"Oh, yeah I almost forgot. I have to see if William is here as well." She said.

There is another part of the gift of Steraise it allows the user detect any life force that is within a twelve mile radius of them. (That's not the only other thing it can do but we will talk about the other things later.) This only works on other Steraise users so she won't be able to tell if other people are nearby.

She activated find(name of power) and concentrated solely on her sight and hearing senses.

It took about ten minutes to search all around her but nothing. It was as though she was the only person there. This made her worry, where was she, how did she get there, where is William, is she the only thing here, and how how does she leave.
