7 At The Hollow Jade Mountain

They climb without the horses and Mo Jia has told for them to split way. Up here Lu Yan guess as why the Hollow name suit this place. This mountain has a lot of caves in it, making the inside of this mountain seems hollow. Tricky path makes Lu Yan having a hard time to find his way. He already sweat inside out thinking he might blow this up, as Mo Jia and the others must already wait for him at the end of the road.

Just when he though he finds the right way, someone block his path already. "What took you so long, you should have arrived here an hour ago." This person is no other than Yan Rui. Shocked covered Lu Yan's face. He doesn't know why he is here, but certainly he doesn't mean good. Hoping for Mo Jia to help him certainly out of the picture as well. Yan Rui laugh once again, he actually caught by a surprise a little bit before. It just Lu Yan swordplay still lack the intention to kill. While there already are some gap in their speed, this kind of hesitation is fatal for him.

In Yan Rui eyes however, that is the limit of Lu Yan fighting skill. He never took him seriously before and this attack just confirm his belief. Why don't this guy just give in, low life like him are not supposed to challenge him in any way possible. However, Yan Rui enjoy this chase though. To see someone helpless in front of him, trying to struggle without any hope but to beg for his mercy. This is what having fun is in Yan Rui's mind.

He becoming tired more and more, there is also injuries that start piling up. Small injuries, but it will take his speed even more in time. He already drinks few potions to heal himself and boost his speed, none of that is working. He cursed Yan Rui for it, as he already saves those potions before. He never took any to help him cultivating before, because he sure outside the sect this kind of potions will wort some fortune. He is rational person that won't care about money in the future when his life is on the line right now.

This time it is goes without saying, Yan Rui quite astonished by this however. He always thought this guy will just give and beg for his forgiveness. However, until now he never hears a word of begging from him, instead he prepared to fight him. "Fine if it really what you want. I will have to put you back into your place" That is all Yan Rui can think about right now.
