I was shocked about what i just heard. Everyone in the office knew that Liam had no other relatives except his uncle. But now it was like a bomb had been just dropped on him. In seconds he had just learnt that he had a cousin and a sister.

“I have a sister?” Liam was in awe as he spoke.

The man on the floor just nodded.

“Half sister to be precise” he spoke.

“Liam?....” i said walking over to him.

“....are you okay?” I touched him on his shoulder slowly turning me around to face me.

As he faced me, i could see tears rolling down his eyes. He looked so sad and angry at the same time.

“I’m sorry....” i said hugging him tightly as he cried painfully.

“You’ll be okay”.

“Where’s the gun?” Liam asked as he broke off the hug.

I wondered why he was asking for it but I pointed to the side stool where i had dropped it to come console him.

He walked to the table and picked up the gun and pointed it at the man.
