An unexpected meeting

Lucian pulls into the school parking lot, parks, manages to get past school security. After he enters in a running splurge, Lucian tries to recount all the events of leading up to him being late. He finds himself with a light smile over his face. He then realized his one hurried demeanor had turned to a slow and relaxed one. He once again starts running through the halls in frantic hurry. Soon he slows, stopping before a room titled, Criminology and Research 1. He sucks in a breath, trying to stifle out his irritation as well as the burning feeling from his lungs. Lucian then looks up, running his hand and brushing his hair back before sighing entering the room. It was a big dorm like room, the seats going in strip like rings, revolving around the front center, only dividing in the middle for the speaker, or students, to walk though. After the tall man opens the door and closes it subtly, he looks for the nearest seat. To his avail he finds a seat in the back of the room, right beside where he was, and goes to sit down. "Perfect." he thinks "Now I can just sit back and-" "Lucian Write." The room grew silent as those words echoed through the classroom. His thoughts were cut off and his heart dropped. He could feel the stares of several students, but he didn't care. All he cared about was that voice. That wretched voice. 'Fuck….' He mumbles before sucking in a quick breath and shifting his demeanor to a welcoming and friendly one, with an overlaying sadness, saying, "Ms. Haul! It's nice to see such a warm and comforting face on a day like this! I'd like to apologise for my tardiness; I should've told you, a dear friend of mine recently passed and I've been very absent minded lately, Please forgive me." Lucian says, twisting his facial expression to one of a solemn, pain ridden one. He gave a weak smile as he heard the whispers and glances of concern. Lucian was popular. He didn't participate in any extra curricular activities but he had this way about him. Like how a snake wriggled it's way into Eden, deceiving and making home amongst the pure. Or like the plague infecting London, infecting and killing thousands after it was to late. So it wasn't a surprise to him but rather it was more of an irritation when his fellow classmates reacted in this way. He then quickly turned his attention back to the "wretched" voice. Ms. Haul looked down, her face flushed as she quickly goes to change the subject, "O-oh yes. I'm very sorry to hear that. I give you my sympathies." She clears her throat. "Alright class please turn your textbooks to page 967. Today we will be the start of our new unit. "The killers mind." Lucian sighed, leaning back in his chair. An oh so familiar smirk creases his face. Soon class ended and students started to file out hurriedly to their next classes, several making there way to Lucian to give there sympathies as well as invite him to hang out. After a while Lucian notices himself being one of the last ones still in the classroom and started up his things, finally making his way out. As he was about to leave he heard that same voice from earlier, "Lucian, would you please stay back for a moment? I'd like to talk to you." "Damn.." he thought. "Ms. Haul." He made his way to her desk standing and looking down at her. He took a quick glance at her, studying her features carefully; blonde, short, nice frame, maybe in her mid twenties. She stood up, clearing her throat and looking down for a moment before brushing a strand of hair behind her ear and saying to him, "Lucian; If you need anything. Please don't feel afraid to reach out." She then gives him a note with a phone number on it, Her face slightly flushed. He smirked before flashing a bright smile and moving closer to her. He looked into her eyes and said in a low, cooing tone, "Ms. Haul. Thank you. This means a lot." He expression then inscrutable for a brief moment, before saying, "I'll give you a call sometime, mm~?" She only nods, her face turning a dark red. "Have a good day Ms. haul. See you tomorrow." He then turned around and left. Lucian glanced at his phone smirking, "Stupid bitch… They always fall so easily; it gets tiring. Ah, It's close enough to lunch that I can just skip. There's no point being here anyway. Everyone here is to fucking boring." He sighs. As he walks through the halls, making his way to one of the many exits he finds himself trying to regaining his balance and someone in front of him sprawled on the floor, papers flying and books everywhere. He looks down below him to find a man, looking up at him stuttering out in a panic, "I'm so sorry! I w-wasn't paying attention! I-i'm so sorry!" Lucian stares at him blankly for a few seconds before bending down and picking up a few of his books while looking them over. "For an english major you sure have a stuttering problem. What's your name? Lucian says with a slight chuckle. He then smirks as he notices the smaller mans face turn flushed from embarrassment. 'Finally. Something interesting.' The man smiles timidly and stutters out "It's Huden. Huden Yoo!" Lucian smiles and gets up, outstretching his hand. "Well, It's a pleasure, I'm Lucian Write. Are you busy right now Mr. Yoo? I was just about to grab a coffee." The smaller male grabs his hand after a slight pause and gets up, a nervous smile setting on his face, "W-well I guess I could spare a little time. After all I did cause such an inconvenience to you."

Lucians face shifts and brightens, his eyes like burning bronze. "Perfect! I know a great cafe near here. It's very popular Oh also… These are yours!" Lucian says handing the smaller male his books and papers in a neatly placed stack. Huden takes them and gives a quick thanks before they start to make their way quickly to the doors. As the two walk Hudens thoughts muse him, "Why am I skipping class? English out of all things. Why's he being so friendly. Something about him puts me off. I think I kinda like him.-" his thoughts were interrupted by the sound of Lucians voice interceding, "So why'd you choose english as a major?" Huden looks up at him and chuckles, scratching the back of his head, "Ah, I didn't. English is just one of the classes I needed help in so I picked up some books from the library." "Oh I see; So what is your major?" Lucian looks towards him and stares for a second before they get to the the exits, "Criminology." Huden says looking down,"It's quite interesting to me." Lucian looks at the the man knitting his brows for a moment, "Really? Interesting. That's mine too! I hope to be able to investigate that kind of thing one day. But anyway... I must've missed you in class today." Huden flashes a small smile, "Is cuz' you weren't looking. Also, I'm sorry about you're friend." Lucian puts on a lad face and his voice becomes softer, "It's okay. It is what it is. Death will all get us one day." The two fall then fall silent, both becoming emerged in there thoughts.
