15 Environment
"first you start breathing in and breathing out. When you start feeling the air around you heat up or wrap around you, focus that on a body part such as your arm. Then visualize this energy or heat cover your entire body slowly." said a very buff man glowing with great honor and radiance posing like a gentlemanly idiot.
'hmm this is pretty easy' I think to myself as I watch this chad gentleman speak about energy control. as I do what he says dark purple energy starts forming around my arm and move about my body. The energy had hints of gold and red every now and then. "interesting". I start spreading it beyond my body and start forming different shapes. When there was a bit too much of energy or fog I compressed it inwards and the energy started having a more solid shape and some density. "very interesting" I focus the energy into a blade on my arm like a sword arm.
Shaping it around started making me a bit tired so I stopped and rested on the couch while watching some documentaries. Looking into a bit more into the layout of the place and looking through accomplishments.
There were two factions of soldiers it seems. Mercs and bounty hunters. They both work under guilds except mercs do more jobs done in legality and bounty hunters more on illegality. This i find confusing since this was hell. There arent supposed to be legality or illegality in hell where rules dont matter.

Laws Of Hell
1. All demons must have minimum 1 year of Hellademy
2. Merc demons are to follow These laws to the dot.
3. Bounters demons are to submit all their kills once every month.
4. All demons must have proper shelter and food
5. Conflicts must be kept to the district limit
6. All Damers must participate in the yearly tourney unless they dropped out after first year
7. You can re-marry your spouse in hell or in heaven if you wish for it
8. All demons must participate in the yearly festivities
9. Guilds are required to check licences and ID's of Bounters and Mercs every year and renew them
10. Enjoy your stay in Hell

"...it doesn't say anything about crimes..so..crimes are allowed..." after processing the information I looked outside through the window to see the view of the red hues sky and ash falling every now and then.
The happy faces of couples and children on the streets going form stall and shop. With the occasional brawl it was really different from what I imagined hell to be. It much better here rather than back there.
Peaceful, calm, stress free.
"I think I will enjoy living here" I say with a slight smile looking into the distance. I walk back to the couch and take a nap for a while.
